The property was clean and well stocked. The agent was very helpful and answered to phone whenever called. Lovely to speak to a person who was kind and helpful.
Nothing,it was a lovely stay and would not hesitate to go back.

The property was set in a lovely location on the outskirts of Cannock chase the apartment has all you require bedroom was lovely really nice bed decorated really nice
There was nothing we didn’t like . A garden would have been nice to sit in. Found the tv channels difficult at first

Grace was a lovely host and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. The flat is nice, tidy and presentable.There was tea bags, even a little fresh milk. The beds were comfy, and even a small TV. Off road parking, and close Tamworth, Drayton Manor, etc for things to do. All in all a nice place. We would stay there again....However, there is some points
The water / washing facilities were below what we expected. You have to press 'boost' on the immersion heater if you want hot water out of the set times...this takes an Hr to heat up. The shower switched off if turned up too far and the toilet cistern ran the whole time we in the bath only stopping when flushed, which meant getting out of the bath...

Clean light and airy! Real home from home with all required appliances and essentials. but when using the shower from the instructions given on the wall turn the hot bath tap off very slowly for the hot water to run through to the shower. A very pleasant stay and great location!

This property is value for money. I worked in the travel industry for 23 years, and this place is a gem. It was clean and comfortable. And they stay on top of maintenance and were always available and answered questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

Very quiet location in a suburban street. Street parking was always available outside the house. Spacious and comfortable apartment, and very clean.
A minor grumble: no kitchen tongs, difficult to turn over meat without them.

For a modest apartment there was still plenty room inside. Fantastic location for my purpose - easy access to the Chase. Great Co-op & train station 10 min walk away. Loved the hints & tips as pictures on the walls.
Nothing - Chase Heights has it all, well apart from a dishwasher...

Flat was cold when we arrived, and it is not clear how the heating worked (storage heaters).
We also struggled with the shower - Good instructions on how to get it working, but if you mess with the temperature gauge during the shower it goes wrong!
Lovely quiet street, and a very sweet little flat. Big enough to be able to relax, and unwind.
Kitchen is handy, and has what you need.
Bed is a small double, but mattress is very comfortable.

Grace is a lovely host and the house is very clean. Would stay again.
Hot water in the shower takes time to heat up as it’s not central heating but other than that everything is great.

Great flat, had everything we needed and communication with host was fab.
Only slight dislike was the mattress was far too soft, this may just be personal preference though.
