Unit was as sold in the property details. Extremely spacious and comfortable for our group of nine. Place was clean and had an incredibly large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Would definitely book again!

Was worried about Ocean Ritz I never stayed here, but we loved every minute of this vacation! the patio was amazing we spent most of our time out there. Rooms was spacious clean was nice up to date, Walking distance to shops, restaurants. the parking was a little scary if you drove a van or XL truck or Suv but over all a GREAT PLAC

Stayed January and February. My family came to visit a son, a daughter, and a granddaughter. Then also, my sisters came three of them and two of them with spouses. It was a good location little problem with parking we had to use the public pay parking as your only allowed to parking slots, one in the parking garage, and one in the overflow and we had, more than two cars so wasn’t happy about that that I couldn’t get one extra ticket as the public parking was never full while we were there. There was always extra spaces available. Small pool and hot tub for comfortably, but I saw as many as six and eight, and some of them standing room only, but it was very nice and easy access to the beach for long-term stays. The kitchen was really too small didn’t have any place to store cooking supplies except for right on the countertop so other than that I’d like the unit and it was very convenient centrally located in Panama City Beach.

We loved our vacation rental. It was very roomy for our large crew. Being right on the beach and in walking distance of nearly everything was extremely nice. Sitting out on the balcony sipping coffee and waking up slowly to the sound of the waves in perfect peace was a highlight of our day. When we arrived we had someone in our parking spot. We reached out to property management and our call and text was answered promptly. Because of limited parking, there’s lots of people temporarily parking to get their luggage unloaded, so if someone is in your parking spot, wait a few minutes because that’s most likely what’s going on. The condo was exactly as described. The bed in the bunk room is a twin and not a double. There were lots of towels, dishwasher pods, soap, body wash, and shampoo provided. Paper products provided were toilet tissue and one paper towel roll. The extra parking and public parking are directly across the street. When arriving there was quite a bit of hustle and bustle by the elevator because of so many people trying to get to their condos, but the elevators are big and fast. Lots of luggage carts are provided by elevators. This property is clean in the public areas. Over all the condo was adequately clean. It’s obvious it’s a rental with wear and tear, but it was clean. The beach is clean and the white sands are beautiful. There are plenty of beach chairs for daily rental. The condo had a net and some boggy boards. We would definitely stay again.

4th bedroom was listed as a queen bed and a set of triple bunks, however it was a twin bed and a set of triple bunks. We notified the customer service and was told that as long as everyone had a bed then it should b ok. Was suppose to contact us back and never did. I sent two emails regarding bathroom issues and no response. However we were contacted and asked not to use two of our four showers due to water leaking into the unit under us. We specifically booked this unit due to the bedroom listings due to having 8 adults and two children.(2king rooms, one queen room and one queen room with a set of triple bunks) That was definitely disappointing. The condo is very spacious. Kitchen well stocked with what u need for cooking. I would still like to speak to someone about the issues

Had a great time. It was very nice. The only problem was one of the bathroom tubs had a problem draining. But that is a easy fix. Loved having 4 bathrooms with all the teenagers. Personally I loved the big balcony. The adults spent a lot of time out there. Would go back again.

The hotel was nice only one elevator is currently working and causing longer than normal waiting to auctually get to your room but everything else was nice and clean and an overall good experience.

We just got home from staying in PCB for our kids first trip south with their cousins. The condo is beautiful and spacious. Looking at the pictures from the listing there has been a loveseat added to the living room for additional seating that also pulls out into a full size bed. Upon arrival we noticed some damaged items (both master bed frames were broken and the single twin was super wobbly and unstable, we tried to cook supper in the oven and when preheated to 400° it kept losing heat no matter how high we set the temp and food wouldn’t cook) we called the help line which was sent in the email after our payment and they immediately sent maintenance over within a few hours. They fixed one of the master bed frames and it was great the rest of the week. The other master bed frame along with the box springs were completely replaced, and the twin bed frame was also completely replaced. They looked at the oven and determined the heating element was out on one side but stated it was still usable and would be replaced once we checkout. We went and watched the sunset on the pier and came back to a brand new oven that worked perfect and although we had to buy an air fryer to cook our meals at the beginning of the week I’m not mad about coming home with a brand new one that had minimal use while on vacay. The cleaning could have been better but honestly it’s the beach and sand is inevitably going to be everywhere. Housekeeping was still present at checkin time despite being there for 4 hours (we checked to see if the room was ready early when we first arrived and she quoted about an hour but was there until checkin time) so they could do with some pointers on cleaning such as duvets (ours was dirty, with crusty who knows what and we washed it before sleeping with it), cleaning all ceiling fans as they had a thick layer of dust on all the blades, and just general housekeeping such as dusting sand off tables and the couches. Overall though, I would 100% come back because these small things would not deter me from the spacious condo we were able to call home away from home for a week! Also to add, I seen many complaints about water pressure and not being able to run more than 1 thing at a time. We used multiple showers, toilets and sinks simultaneously and yes while we noticed a very noticeable decrease in water pressure it was still manageable to rinse shampoo or soap off ourselves and it was not a trickle by any means (:

Loved the balcony, view, and location. Elevators and parking were a giant pain. Only 1 of the showers worked well. Overall it was an okay experience.

First let me start with the balcony! It was massive and perfect!! That is where most of us started every morning with our coffee. The location, the beaches and the pool area were all well maintained. If it has been July the elevators would have been a nightmare but since it was September it wasn’t so bad. Overall it was fantastic

The condo was great. The resort was a mess. The pool was closed most of the week till 6pm each night. The elevators wasn’t working either you took the stairs or had to wait in elevators for 40 minutes or more each time. The was power washing and painting other balconies so you couldn’t sit out on ours sometimes. We was never informed about work going on during our stay.

I just want to keep this short and sweet. Maybe the owner does not know what his place looks like or how the property is ran. We rented 603 at the Ocean Ritz. Had to clean before we unpacked. King bed looked like a crime scene happened on it, pool was closed for a day due to balcony cleaning, balcony was closed for two days, third day balcony was soaking wet with water falling from balconies above that we’re getting construction. I could go on but you get the point. Website should have said there is construction going on and you may not have access to all amenities. Paid a lot of money for a week and had no kind of cleaning service, towel service. I had to clean when I arrived and before we left. Just an overall bad time. Will not return to Ocean Ritz.

DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND BEING IGNORED. I booked this place with young children in mind. I wanted easy beach access and as long as the pool is open it is. We arrived on Saturday and on Monday got a notice on our door that we were not allowed to use our balcony. The biggest reason I booked this place. On Tuesday the pool was closed so not only could we not use the pool, another important booking feature for me, but we had to use public beach access which was difficult at best. I reached out to the owner and was completely ignored when I told him I was disappointed that two of the big reasons I booked the place we were not allowed to use. I recommend a new cleaning company because the place was pretty dirty. I don’t think the fridge was cleaned at all. The beds were average but I could overlook that for a week. My biggest issue was being ignored by the owner and not being able to use our balcony or the patio or the pool for the majority of our stay.

This rental was perfect for our large family vacation! It offers plenty of space, seating, and bedrooms/bathrooms. You can’t beat the location, directly on the beach, and the family-friendly clientele was exactly what we want! The inconveniences were minor in comparison, but they include parking shortage, very low water pressure that restricts bathing when any water is being used elsewhere, and the inability to enjoy the pool before 10:00am. Maybe that was something they stipulated due to construction on the property, I’m not sure. Overall, we had a great visit and plan to return.

Was a good stay, but a few concerns. * lighting- need more lighting throughout the condo, some lights were out. * poor water pressure, couldn’t have anyone taking a shower at the same time. * washer needs cleaning, it smelled very mildewed. * no can opener and needed a few more pots and pans. * master beds were comfy, other beds not so much. I would stay again just hope these things would be resolved,

Positives: great location, the building is with 3 apartments per flour which gives you so much more space to chose on the beach. The entire apartment was definitely bigger than what the pictures show. Negative: this beautiful apartment should be deep cleaned once on a while. Some super basic amenities should be in there like broom, blowdryier etc. Overall, WE LOVED IT.

The stay was very nice there was no issue that we had we would definitely stay there again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay overall. There were a couple of improvements that could be made for future stays there were multiple doorknobs that were loose and in need of tightening, the queen bedroom door did not latch properly, and the beds could use an upgrade. The minor issues did not hinder our ability to enjoy our vacation. The unit was a nice and was decorated very nicely! My family and I have stayed at various units in the Ocean Ritz and the elevator issues, water pressure, and parking situation is always an issue and not at the fault of the owner of the unit.

However when we arrived the condo was not clean with sand and dirt on floors and very dusty on the vents and fans. When you walked across floors barefoot your feet were filthy. One of king size mattresses had a horrible stain hidden by a foam topper. Not too mention the parking situation we had one spot and could never get another in the overflow so ended up having to park 3 of our 4 vehicles in the paid lot a block away so very inconvenient. Plus the elevator was broke for a day and a half making wait times crazy long.

The condo itself was beautiful but was not as clean as some upon entry. We had three families in the 4 bedroom unit but were only allotted ONE parking spot while the other two vehicles had to pay extra for the week’s parking spot and walk across the road to the unit. Elevators were always packed and the condo only has 3-4 carts for luggage. The unit is up to date with furniture and decorations but the parking situation was such a negative that I will not stay there again. One night the two spots we purchased had been taken while we were away which caused lots of stress for my family especially my elderly parents who had no spot.

It wasn't deep cleaned as there was dust, sand and food wrappers under the beds and between the rails of the bunkbeds. Water pressure was horrible or could be non-existent, could not use more than one shower at a time. However, we made it work. Plan on paying to park as there were no spaces available in the overflow if you have more than one vehicle. Only 1 burner on the only 2 grills actually worked. Overall, we made the condo work for our group and we would stay in this unit again knowing what we know now and what to expect and how to pack.

Once you get in room it is incredible (view, location), but getting there is tough. Parking is rough in the tiny parking garage and the elevators were horrible. When we arrived only one was working. 23 floors of people using one elevator. Property manager got rude with my nephews who came over to eat lunch with their grandparents.

The property wasn't very clean upon arrival....there was sand all over the floors and rugs. When everyone tries to shower the water shuts off. No easy way to fix wifi. But very nice views, comfortable beds, supplied with everything you need to get started.
