I had a great stay and usually choose the MGM, but decided to try your hotel this time. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I want to especially recognize the African American female staff member who checked me in. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, while also bringing a great sense of humor to the process. Please pass along my compliments to her and share this feedback with the hotel manager.

The security and safety of needing a key card to enter the building and other parts of the building. Cleanness and respectful staff.

The view from our room was perfect. The breakfast was great and so was the servers that help replenished the food. The evening bar was great as well. We got some appetizer and drinks. Everyone who works there that we encounter was friendly and helpful. Great staff
Unfortunately we had someone who was on our floor was drunk and was banging on the walls screaming in the hallway, running up and down the hallway. Security came and handled the problem.

My over all experience was wonder. Hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. Hotel restaurant very convenient and economical. Thanks again Hyatt place!

Location is wonderful! Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go to. Hotel room on the corner facing the river was perfect. We were very happy with the room. It was very clean, as was the bathroom.
It was cool in the evenings and we tried to raise the temperature on the thermostat, but could not. I think the thermostat is not functioning well. The temperature read 78, but it was no where near that.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The one attendant worked hard but had so much to keep up with, replenishing the coffee and food. Perhaps have a second person to help clear and wipe down tables. Not everyone cleans up after themselves.

Don’t accept payments for your stay on smart devices, just small payments for incidentals.

Staff was excellent and did a great job of making us feel welcome for the Christmas holiday. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. The servers were professional and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the shrimp appetizers were delicious!

Breakfast far exceeded expectations as the variety and quality of food were above any other hotel breakfast I've had. Location was also exceptional, shopping, dining and activities just outside the door.

Not pet friendly due to excessive fee which was not advertised at $75 night and lack of places to take dog for restroom.
