The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors. The first night we stayed in a standard rooms which was more than we could ask for. The additional nights we stayed in the room with the corner river view. Waking up each morning with a wall and a half window scenery was EVERYTHING!. Breakfast is a charge each morning BUT they give you such a variety for the cost. As soon as you enter the Harbor the hotel is one of the first things you see. It's in the heart of all the restaurants, stores and Ferris Wheel. The National Harbor did not disappointment one bit and neither did the Hyatt!

The front desk person juggled several of us at check in so that all were served quickly. He responded to a request for alternative pillows (feather allergy) and followed up to make sure we had received them. He warmly welcomed us back after dinner. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to help me with the icemaker - it worked....just a little hard to start. Great view of the harbor. A pleasure to be there!

Im here at the hotel that I'm supposed to be staying at, I have my booking reservation confirmation, but I just found out that there is no room available. I tired to contact Hotels.com but i'm NOT getting any response. Extremely frustrating with how they're handling this matter. Time is Almost midnight here, I'm half the world away from home and I'm on the street not knowing what a heck is going on with my booking.

We had a great time at Hyatt national harbor. The staff were nice and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in a corner room and had a great view. In walking distance to tons of restaurants, pier, stores and cvs. Will be back. The bar happy hour had great drinks

At first it wasn’t so great. Gave us a noisy side and the automatic curtains would not work. But Jose’ came to our aid. He took care of the room tv and curtains. My hat goes off to to him for taking care of senior citizens. We are both in our 79s and was trying to celebrate 57 year anniversary. Thanks again Jose, at the national harbor!❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from our room was spectacular! The property was clean and beautiful and the staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel restaurant served delicious well plated food. The hotel was in great proximity to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I can’t wait to return.

So many great restaurants nearby to choose from. For example we went to Fogo de Chao right behind the hotel. Also, walked around and enjoyed the view of the harbor.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the amusement area, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly!! The room was perfect!! I even signed up for the Hyatt rewards program.

Overall the hotel was just ok. The hotel a/c hardly works to the point that they had to get us a fan. Housekeeping never came. We had to schedule them to come!! We found a family reunion shirt on the floor when we first arrived. Guess what? We were not there for a family reunion so it wasn’t ours.

The fact that you have to pay for parking after spending over $200 per night is appalling when I could have stayed at the Gaylord and not have to, so just know when I return, I will be staying at the Gaylord

My anniversary trip was ruined by hotels.com and Hyatt National Harbor. Thinking this hotel would set the mood for my potential engagement. My room was unavailable. The hotel staff placed my Lady and I in a two bed room with chairs by the window. Hotels.com customer service was no help. This site must take accountability for their mistakes. Nevertheless they refused to do so. MY ANNIVERSARY WAS LOOKING AT EACH OTHER FROM SEPARATE BEDS. Dirty floors and all.

Professional staff who aspired to be helpful at any opportunity. Especially Michael and Queen went above and beond[early chk in, noise issue resolution respectively]. Room exceptionally clean, good quality bedding. Only complaint is the rooms are not that quiet[out of staff control]. I believe this is structural and not anything that can be helped.

Every person we encountered was friendly, and 12pm checkout time is a plus, and unheard of these days. Parking is just a block away. Plenty of dining options and right next to the harbor!
