Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and I had a nice view of the streets out front which was nice. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

The hotel was wonderful the staff even better! They showed so much grace and understanding after a long night of hanging out at the MGM. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people. I’ll be back. Love!

The AC Hotel at the National Harbor was in a perfect location. Tons of dining, shopping, and sight seeing all walkable to the hotel. MGM Casino was only a 5 min drive, which was perfect. Although there’s no parking garage attached to the hotel, there was a parking garage right next to it making it very easy and convenient. We loved the fact that you needed your room key to get in the main entrance as well, making safety a priority to their guest. The hotel was also very clean and quiet. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re visiting the DC area.

I stayed at this hotel after a botched reservation at a hotel up the road. Staff were accommodating even though we didn’t have a reservation. Very clean and friendly staff. The room was great. This would be a great place for a business traveler. Parking is in the garages across the street. You can come and go and they read the license plate. I recommend this property.

The hotel is beautiful. When we arrived, minor concerns, the note pad near the phone had a water mark, thus it should have been changed out. A few pieces of hair were still in the sink.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. We loved the many dining options and shops around.

Overall, the property and staff were excellent. The complimentary bottles of water were too small, I suggest to provide customers larger bottles of water.

We had a flight cancellation and stayed here for one night. It’s in a nice walkable area with lots of restaurants and staff was super friendly

The location is great. The cleanliness needs to be improved. The showers, floors, and glass shelves were not clean at all. I think the housekeeping staff needs major improvement/training/managing. The rooms need a deep cleaning.

Arrived at 8pm and the beds were not made. We left allowed them to clean the rooms and came back they had given the same room to another family and this family had put soda all in the bed and open water and poured it on the floor.

The elevator was broken and I had to walk up flights of stairs to the next level. The whole time. Ppl have luggage, children, strollers etc. Ti lug up those stairs. I was not happy about it.
