Situated within easy access to both Sandbanks beach and Poole harbour and with a well stocked tesco express just underneath the apartment. Private parking was secure and a great convenience and we enjoyed 3 well rested evenings here

The apartment, whilst comfortable, could do with some refreshment to its decor. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. It would've been handy to have a vacuum cleaner in the apartment to clean up any sand brought in when returning from the beach

Lovely little apartment. We stayed as a family of 5 with a baby. The apartment was clean and comfortable and fully equipped. I have no negative feedback at all.

Great location and apartment,everything you need in the kitchen,had towels and blankets and really lovely place to stay

The ONLY thing I can mark down is the mattress was really really uncomfortable ,it felt lumpy and like springs poking in your back,my husband moved to the sofa and I stayed in the bed but literally woke every half hour due to discomfort which was the only disappointing thing about this property as everything else was excellent ,I would definately stay here again as it’s perfect in every other way :-)

Being on top of Tesco, it was very easy to obtain necessities.

At night there are lots of teenagers that hang about although polite, they are drinking and a bit rowdy.

Fantastic location for a good price. I agree with some comments made by other reviewers, but for the price I paid, I would come back again.

The sofabed was stained and covered with blankets. Cleanliness requires improvement. Some lights were not working. No vacuum, which would be handy as next to a sandy beach.

Location is excellent. Bedding was clean. Tesco express below is huge and had everything you'd need. Parking space was good. Lift to property was handy.

Property was unclean - found food and a glass on the floor on arrival. Plus the dust! Never stayed in a place this unclean. Blinds in lounge were broken - we saw this mentioned in reviews months ago so assumed it would be fixed but they hadn't even been removed. It prevents you looking out the window at the bit best of the property - the view! Blinds have been removed in 2nd bedroom and curtains are not black out so room was very bright. Bed in main bedroom was probably the most basic uncomfortable bed I've ever had the misfortune of paying to stay on. Glad it was only a 1 night stay.
