Great location, property as advertised, no issues

Property was as listed. TV in living-room was difficult to operate with the subscription service as described on instruction sheet. House was clean

The house was wonderful and spacious. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and even some leftover beach stuff. My only complaint would be the A/C. It never cooled off and the main floor bedrooms at times felt like a sauna.

Renting was easy, got quick response from property management. Everything was exactly as expected. We love the location. Good size for our family, plenty of room to spread out.

This is our 3rd year staying here! Each year we fall more in love. Location is great, the house has plenty of space for our large group. The basement with ping pong table is a great spot for the older kids to hang out in. The front porch is our favorite spot of all for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The renting process was very easy and the home was very spacious and comfortable. They family really enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to a future stay.

We really enjoyed the house. It was spacious and the walking paths were great. We really enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement and the garage to store our bikes. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we had a hard time with was figuring out the showers; how to turn them on and make them warm. It takes a bit of time for the water to warm up and the faucet sometimes gets stuck on all the showers. But overall, this is a fabulous house for a family!!!

This house has a wonderful private location. It’s spacious, well equipped very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the sun porch in the back, the huge front porch and view of the pond.

Our group of 7 teens and 2 moms had a blast on our 4 night stay! The home was very clean and large enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. There were tv's in every room, but we only used the one in the family room. I don't think we even tried to watch anything local....just Netflix and it was fine. Everyone pretty much watched their shows on their personal devices. No complaints about the wifi not working....with teens, that's important! It was a short drive to Publix/Starbucks and the beach of course. The only other Plantation we visited was Sea Pines/Harbour Town and it was also a short and easy drive. The Pirate Adventure putt-putt, was our farthest drive and it was fun, but just your average mini-golf course. The kitchen was fully equipped to handle all 9 of us, though we did bring paper plates and plastic Solo cups to make things a bit easier. We rented bikes from Pedals (highly recommend) and safely stored them in the spacious garage along with our beach coolers and chairs. We were originally disappointed we could not find adequate accommodations directly on the beach, but this Shipyard location ended up being perfectly fine. We found it to be a short bike ride to the quiet Shipyard Beach as well as to the much more crowded Coligny Beach and shops. We all loved exploring the Shipyard property by bike, and observing the alligators, especially the last hour or two before sunset when the weather was so pleasant. Over at Coligny, we enjoyed dinner at the Sandbar restaurant (long wait tho) and Rita's Italian Ice is always a group favorite. The shops and boutiques were fun to explore too. The ping-pong table in the basement was fun, but the a/c didn't work as well down there (if at all) so the kids did not play very much. The house did not come with access to a pool. We really did not need it, but it would have been nice to have the option. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

After getting through the bug covered screen door, we entered to find a giant love cockroach on the floor. A variety of bugs, spiders, and spiderwebs all over THE ENTIRE HOUSE. Curtains, above beds, off the speakers, in the closets, on furniture, etc. Ants in the kitchen, on the counter, in the windows. Giant ants covering the back deck that entered into the house, got on furniture, into luggage, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Air conditioning unit was terrible in lower level bedrooms. Hot and humid in master bedrooms and bathrooms at night. Poorly stocked in toiletries and cleaning supplies. Robert Young with the property management was very responsive but unable to rectify all of these problems while we were there. If you want a Halloween immersion experience, this is the house for you.

As stated above, the house was great fir my tennis team. Shipyard was so convenient for all of our location sites. Would certainly stay here again!!

Such a great stay and plenty of room. great location, clean and spacious. So much better than staying in a hotel and having extra room. Kids loved the ping pong table and all the lounging space

The property was great . Had some concerns about cleanliness from other reviews but everything was clean as one expected to be . Some of the outside spaces were at the control of Mother Nature but nothing one can do about that. Speaking of Mother Nature the house felt secluded from rest of the homes and there was plenty of wildlife from the pond across the way to keep you busy while rocking away in the rocking chairs on that wonderful porch. All of my guest were impressed and we had a great time . Only feed back I could give is the living room tv could be in a better spot and there was some trash leftover in the outside cans that made it hard for us to get rid of our own trash but not bad enough to get the management involved. I would definitely book this home again

Nice place with good location. Renting bikes is a must with a short distance to the beach. Nice golf course and pond view.

Communication with the property manager at first was nonexistent but was better once we arrived. The property itself was very nice, in a gated community across the a nice lake. The inside of the property was fairly clean but we did need to clean a little bit upon arrival. The bedrooms were a great size and the 2 downstairs bedrooms (King bedroom & single queen bedroom) has amazing closet spaces. Overall, it was a very cute, quiet and tucked away house and met our needs.

Great secluded location on the golf course. Cleanliness of the house was not what we are used to, not even sure the basement area was touched prior to our stay. Never could get the main tv in the living room to connect to catch weather and news, tried to reach out to owner with no response. The agency we picked the packet up from was very friendly.

Our group was made up of 10 people. We had almost every age group. The house was so spacious and accommodated all of us comfortably. We rented bikes that were used almost everyday to see the neighborhood, ride to the beach, and watch the alligators. We drove our car to the beach each day and shuttled back and forth. It was about a 5 minute drive. Even the public (Coligny) area of the beach had ample parking and was nice. The only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the property. We had to wash sheets before using one of the beds, and some of the towels were used and refolded. (Honestly, it was not a deal breaker for us. We are pretty easy going and just rolled with it.) The house seemed to have new carpet and living room furniture, and that was nice. The property manager was very communicative before our stay. My daughter has also contacted him to see if she possibly left her Apple Watch at the house. We are waiting to see if he finds it. We appreciate his consideration to try to help her. We would definitely use this house in this beautiful neighborhood again.
