My sisters and I stayed together at this wonderful property. It was clean, well furnished and the outdoor space was perfect for us. We will return to this property the next time we stay in Eugene.

This is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay, as well as being so close to the University of Oregon and nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit and the host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We would love to return for another visit.

We made amazing memories at Kathy’s house while our daughter competed in her last state track meet at Hayward Field. The house was a relaxing spot to come back to every night. We loved the snacks and coffee pods. The neighborhood is really cute and felt very safe! We did a lot of walking and enjoyed every minute. Getting 1st in state in the 4x400 relay was the cherry on top of the fun weekend! Thanks Kathy!

We were up in Eugene to visit our daughter at UO. This was just the perfect spot for us. The Orchard House is walking distance to campus and other spots we love like Beppe & Giannis, Prince Pucklers, Hey Neighbor Pizza, etc. Booking was a breeze, the home was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely look to book The Orchard House for our future visits to UO.

This place a perfect spot for us this week! It had the perfect sized space to relax and unwind, with the ability to grill and wash our laundry with ease. We appreciated the cleanliness and accommodations were just as described! Thanks for having us - we would gladly stay here again!

The property was clean and welcoming! It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which we just loved. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. The yard was small but really nice-we used the fire pit and all of the chairs for our dinner.

This very cute duplex was the perfect fit for a visit to see our Duck. Very cute neighborhood, quiet but also close to UO. We were able to have dinner as a family; the kitchen had everything you need. We got to hang out together- a little home away from home. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. It was well kept and clean and we will definitely stay again.

Very nice and user friendly. But don’t park on the sidewalk. Older lady on bicycle wrote a ticket for a brief loading before we left for a day event.

Such a wonderful little home! This was perfect for us as we were close enough to food/amenities but still in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park nearby that was absolutely beautiful. We took our dog for a nice 2 mile walk one morning. Kathy was very responsive and even reached out to make sure everything was going well with our check in!

The property was exactly as listed- clean, quiet and very close to campus. It was exactly what our family need so that our high school senior could visit campus and get a little exposure to the surrounding neighborhood.

This was wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation from UO. Perfect location to walk to both ceremonies and to walk to campus. Extremely clean and quiet. Great backyard with seating and wonderful small gas fire pit we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Eugene. Host was very responsive when I booked also. It is part of a duplex but feels like a cottage.

We visited U of O most of the time we were in town and this was a perfect location! We never used our cars, we just walked the whole weekend.

We had a great time staying at Orchard House! Very close to campus which made it easy to visit our daughter who is a student at U of O. Property was very clean and cozy, and with plenty of amenities. Walking distance from some great restaurants (Hey, Neighbor Pizza was a favorite, as well as Beppe and Gianni's Trattoria). Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for a long weekend visiting our Duck. The neighborhood is amazing and close to restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed. A bonus was being able to bring our two dogs. As others have stated, the beds were amazingly comfortable! Kathy was super responsive whenever I messaged her, but honestly, we did not have one single problem. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is very near to the University and is nestled in a quiet & charming neighborhood of cute homey cottages. Location is excellent, just 6 mins drive to downtown & Skinner Butte Park and 10 mins walk to mighty Willamette River and its walking trail.
Owner furnishes this cottage in comfy manner, offers two big screen tv. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable.
The property has the neat feature of wall heater/air conditioner as well as each room having its own ceiling/floor heating unit - my husband who likes heat liked this feature very much. I who love the cooler weather absolutely loved that this cottage has many windows which I can open to let the wondrous refreshing winter air in.
We definitely recommend this cottage. Kathy responds to questions/requests very promptly too.

Excellent, peaceful location that is a few blocks from everywhere we wanted to be. Private oasis in a delightful neighborhood. Absolutely perfect size for both togetherness and alone time after a big day out. Such a welcoming house with instructions and snacks right inside the door. Comfy bed, furniture and lots of natural light. Loved it! Carol was a dream to work with.
