Wc có mùi,phòng cũ , tường tróc , ổ cắm điện ko an toàn, máy giặt chỉ để trưng, vật dụng bếp cũ ( trừ bếp điện) máy hút trong toilet kêu như bò rống. Dép trong phòng thì như dép đi ở trạm dừng chân, khủng khiếp. Tivi thì hư, đang ngủ tự dưng bật tiếng, đang coi tự dưng im lặng ( chuyện tâm linh thật sự ). Khóa cửa thời Napoleon vặn chìa lúc được lúc ko .
Yêu cầu đổi phòng thì ko có phòng để đổi. Còn nếu khách đi nơi khác thì phải chịu tiền phòng 2 đêm đã book( mới chui vô nhận phòng chưa được 1 giờ). Nói chung là đã book thì phải tự chịu, ai kêu book ks này chi. ( lễ tân hỗ trợ nhưng chủ thì SAY NO).
Sáng sớm yêu cầu dọn phòng đến 12g trưa về thì vẫn ko thấy dọn, ko nghỉ ngơi gì được.
Vì thế mình chỉ ở cho qua vì tiếc tiền thôi. Năm nào cũng đi đà lạt vài lần và dẫn theo gia đình cũng rất nhiều. Tính nay đi tiền trạm trước ks này vì thấy có bếp có máy giặt sấy. OH NO!!!!!

It was clean and simple in the centre of the city.
We stayed in a basement room with no window which had a claustrophobic feel to it, and did have some ants coming into the room.

The hotel location is very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed sheets was not very clean when I cam the first day so I requested to change. Wifi was not very strong, cannot watch local TV.

Everything ok. Comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The washing machine in the room doesnt work. But the staff is very helpful help us wash the clothes for free in their laundry.

Simple easy check-in/out. Lots of hot water. Laundry machine in our family unit. Roomy place.
We didn’t like the smell of cigarettes and mold coming from our unit. The windows were not like the pictures, they were elevated, barely opened, and didn’t allow for air to flow. The bathroom, being a wet-bath, was covered in dark mold. No A/c in the unit and improper ventilation really causes the place to smell. We didn’t have towels when we arrived, the bedsheets were so wrinkly, the microwave was disgusting, and the place needed a good sweep. We wondered if we had arrived in someone’s used hotel room. We had to leave the hotel after the first night due to both of our lungs not able to take it. The receptionist does not speak English nor French. Everything else but the health issues was great.

large and clean room. Quite basic but ok. All staff very helpful. Even got free laundry! Rented a moped for average local cost. organised a 5.30am taxi to airport, half the price of a grab!
incredibly noisy with karaoke next door until about 10pm and then after constant banging and music and babies etc.
