كانت الإطلالة ساحرة والمناظر خلابة، كل شيء بجوارك، مكان رائع للاسترخاء، تجربة ركوب الزورق الخاص بالشقة مجاني وكانت رائعة، تشترك مع نزلاء الفيلا المكونة من 4 شقق بطراز كوخ، تشترك معهم في حديقة فسيحة مطلة على مساحة واسعة على البحيرة، النزلاء جميعهم لطفاء برقي، والنظافة فائقة، بجوارك مركز تأجير زوارق كهرابائية أو بعجلات دفع، المطبخ ولوازم الشقة متكاملة دون أي خطأ !! هناك مواقف مجانية لجميع النزلاء في مقدمة العقار، هناك سونا وشرفة مطلة على تلك المناظر الساحرة الخلابة !! ياله من منزل فريد من نوعية ! شكرا لكم جميعا💕

I have arranged my visit based on the availability of this property! I was amazed by everything offered! And when we came, It met every detail we were looking for, space, facilities, amenities, clean and the host. Honestly, it didn’t miss anything! The view, the front yard with perfect view over the lake! I was intrigued and I’d be coming back to this next time!

Right in front of the lake, and the modern design of the interiors.
1. the lawn mower robot is always on which makes the grass always have the waste on the ground. you can’t walk to the lake without getting your shoes dirty and you will have to take off your shows outside the apartment.
2. the most annoying thing is the EUR 300 deposit you have to pay in cash when you arrive. There are many safe online gateway solutions for the payments but the owner chose to collect it in cash when he’s free to pass by. otherwise he will call and send endless messages until you pay. moreover, he does not give you any cash receipt document which seemed suspicious, and when I asked for one he pulled the first paper he saw, which was a medical report, and wrote few sentences stating the amount but forgot to write the names and sign it. I laughed when I received it.
these little things annoyed me and I wouldn’t go back unless they change.

We had an excellent stay at the property. The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need. It’s super comfortable and beautifully designed. The view and location is incredible!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience there. The apartment was fantastic and clean. There was a wonderful front yard with private beach access, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. This place is at a perfect location for relaxation, very easy to get around, and walking distance to a lovely park.
