It was like a hotel suite for the price of a b&b

The location was fantastic - right on the front mere steps to the beach and a minutes walk to the pier.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well kept. The hosts were helpful and responsive as needed.

Nothing really, apart from bookings .com messed up the number of guests required for so my daughter had to sleep on a sofa bed In the living room although she said it was comfy and we managed , thankfully the owner left us extra quilts

Excellent location. Apartment very clean and comfortable. We stay in lytham very regularly and this is the best apartment so far we have stayed in. We will definitely book again
If I had one criticism. As we went into the kitchen, the bin was smelly and hadn't been emptied. Obviously an oversight. But didn't stop the marvellous stay we had.

No personal touches, asked for a sheet when we checked in in case I’d the warmth … no response … ignored

Very well presented and clean. Well equipped and host had thought of everything. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in.
Blinds were too high for my wife to reach. Could you lengthen the cable so short people can reach them.

SUPERB..large airy bright accommodation with 4 large windows all overlooking the beach.Very comfortable firm bed and parking was a breeze.

No hooks for towels , no chair for clothes in the bathroom, and no spare loo roll . No mirror for dressing , should have one somewhere in the apartment.

Location, apartment very clean and well kept. Nice touches like tea and coffee supplied.
Noisy neighbours in the camper van area across the road on one night. Not the fault of the flat owner and as the night wasn't too warm closing the windows meant we could sleep.
