Location - just next to the train station (1 min)

Hard to locate the building with the information provided Room 4 has a bathroom separately from the room across the main stairs. Bathroom is old and dirty. Room does not match Fotos provided. Room 4 has a small window that goes to a narrow street and a building in front. Room 4 is dark and somewhat smells. Expensive for what you get

When i ve arrived host didn't answer my call, there was no how water, there was no wifi

The room was next to the station They told me the check in was only at 14.00 pm, I arrived at 12.46 and they let me in anyway. Those two things was very comfortable and kind

I never put bad reviews. But I'm sorry. In this case was disappointing. The room was cold and damp. Damp sheets. The heater wasn't working. Nor the fridge. For the same price I had found better places. The password for the internet was given at the last day, even when I asked twice. And the connection wasn't working. So no Wi-fi. But I like to say that the personal or staff, which I only talked by SMS, was kind. But maybe they should have another number for troubles with reservations or changing dates. That was my case and nobody could help me. I lost money. In summary it wasn't a completely good experience. Sorry.

Nothing it is a horrible place.

Avoid this place at all cost. Communication with this person is horrible. He/she only communicates via email and it takes ages to get a reply. Telefoon number given on booking.com doesn't work. Nobody answers the phone. WiFi wasn't available. I asked for the password and I was told the paper with code was in the room, it wasn't. Room was damp and cold, no heating in winter. Totally ridiculous. Bathroom and toilet outside of the room, lighting in the bathroom was broken. My advice pay a bit more and get a good place. Avoid this place like the plague. This place is a joke and booking.com should remove this from their site.

stayed in winter times: I don’t mind to have it not „cozy warm“. But when I book a room, it has to be a minimum standard and a temperature of at least 18 degree! When I book a room, I have no idea of isolation of the house and so on. Even if I book economy room, it has to have a certain standard! I saw no reading what said „if you stay here you gonna freeze your ass off“! You can’t offer this room to guests in winter times! It’s totally not fair of the people who renting this! You get sick when you stay there when it is that cold! It’s not possible to stay in this room! The temperatures outside are 1 degree Celsius. So it’s not much warmer inside the room. The sheets are clammy, the towels doesn’t get dry. It is freezing cold inside. It is not possible for any guests to stay at this room in winter times. The accommodation never got back to me on my messages! Very bad! Checked out two days earlier and never got my money back. stay away from here!!!!!!!!!

it was a very nice room but we discovered that the remote for heat and the radiators were all a sham. when I wrote and inquired how they worked the answer was simply “the room does not have HEAT”…requested some extra blankets and was told we already had them. none of the blankets were large enough for the bed ( which was comfortable) but we piled them on, put our coats on top and slept in our clothes. it was 0 degrees. hard to get out of bed in the morning. but the shower was nice and water hot. they need to add the fact that heat was not part of the deal in the booking.com description.

Impossible to find the place by using GPS. This is how you find it: when leaving the Vernazza train station, walking down the stairs. Literally go right straight away and enter a little alley. That's where you find the door after about 50 meters.

We really enjoyed the central location of the rooms.

We found the rooms to be very basic which was okay for the price, one of the rooms had the private bathroom in the hall which was a bit annoying if you had to use it at night, the other room had a very bad odour coming from the drain in the bathroom which required you to leave the patio door open to air it out. The bathroom in the second room also a a burnt out light, when contacted about the smell and the light, nobody responded or came to attend to these issues. As previously mentioned in reviews you can hear the train throughout the night.

Vernazza was a lovely town. The wifi was decent and the bathroom although outside the room was clean.

Super noisey as the train station pretty much at the window. Fan and over head lights did not work. Super basic, literally a place to lay down. Such a shame but the location is the selling point so why even try.

The Outside Shower

The inside shower was broken and dirty. The sliding door couldn’t be shut and the bed was uncomfortable and it was two singles together.

The room was clean and as described. The towels were remarkably soft and deserved of a shout out. Location was perfect.

The noise of the train is loud but we brought ear plugs to combat it. The noise of the air conditioner was extremely loud.

Great location, 2 min walk to the train station. Good enough for the price we paid.

At first we were not able to find the place, the GPS took us somewhere else. That should be clearly explained in the description. The worst was the fact that the shower was running cold water. After a trail and beach we were looking forward to a good shower. No one was there to help with this issue and it was 1 a.m., we thought it was late to call. Also, we had a problem with the checkout, we did not know how to do it, we contact the responsible by phone and she said to leave the keys in a blue box at the entry. We did not know which box we were supposed to leave it (we saw two blue boxes).

It is just behind the station. Very nice location, calm and comfortable.

Check in is a bit strange. You have to get an appointment. Then someone comes to the station to take you to your room. The problem is the phone number provided on booking.com is not complete. The '2' at the end is missing. Maps application takes you to the wrong side of the street and there is another hostel at that address. So you find another phone number on the wall and find yourself in a chaos. It is actually very easy to reach to this hostel. But maps does not work well, the phone number is not complete then there is no way to do the check in.

The shower room was outside the room and there is fouling smell due to no ventilation. Though the shower room was dedicated to us, it was inconvenience.

It was expensive for just a room with Shared bathroom. checking in was annoying since we already paid and the owner needed our cc. the room smells to smoke and was not clean at all.
