We arrived late after traveling for hours we got our room went to get inside room door wouldnt unlock tried it again. Still no luck so went back to bottom floor from the top floor to have the clerk tell me how to use key. I told him ive dont that. So he said i will re key then. He did went back to room and same thing happened. Had to go all the way back down to tell him its the same thing. So he re keyed again and decided he would do it himself because obviously i wasnt capable. We get back to the room he tries he ALSO couldnt get in so he tried his actual key still no luck. So we went back down and he upgraded us to a King Suite and free drinks. The next day he greeted us as we walked in and asked how everything was with the room! All was good!

Everything was great but their computers were down. The card number i wrote down is not the card number they charged. I even made sure to ask to make sure to charge the one i wrote down. I had money in the other account. I just wanted to get my rewards.

Room was not ready on time. Staff was not friendly. Asked for an extended check out and was rudely spoken too. The room and hotel itself were well maintained. It was the front desk staff that was rude.

Hotel appears to be very new. It was clean and comfortable. The room was more spacious than other Holiday Inn Express rooms (2 Queen, Standard). Check in and out was easy. Hotel is located between two churches with a cow pasture behind it, so its quiet without the street noise often found in hotel right off the interstate.
Breakfast was good. Typical HEI food offerings, but they had french toast that is different than some. Started at 6, even on the weekend, which is good.

We had a great day, no issues. Staff were very friendly and kind eager to help and make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone love the new pancake machine so you don’t have to wait for others to make them their selves. It was close to I 40 but far enough away from all the traffic in a quiet remote area. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was filled with all the extras I would need. I love the Keurig and the full sized shampoo and soap bottles. The room was clean! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. This stay was a delightful experience.

Breakfast was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise between rooms nor floors. Good night sleep. Bathroom needs some work - paint pealing on ceiling and missing caulk around shower.
