The view of the room, good for young family. But it's better for 2 group of family not 3 as one room was inside another room. May be more for teenage. Good facilities.

Check in progress was nightmare especially when you do not have internet overseas. The have no check-in centre so you have to do it yourself. Highly recommended you check in early but you won't receive the chekxi in detail the day before so make it hard while you travelling. Also this is not a villa for old people or any walking difficultly people as the steep steps.

View was fantastic.

To be expected but not much around in the way of shops etc.

Exceptional location right in front of the lake with an amazing view on the Fujisan. Spacious and luxurious villa with high quality equipment.

Cleaning should be slightly improved, as we found some dust in a few areas.
