I fantasized about having fun before booking the room 101. Because their bathroom can see Mount Fuji
We paid for room 101 a month ago. When we arrived at the villa and checked in, we had a problem and needed to be moved to room 105. Then check their email the day before notifying us of a room change. We are very dissatisfied, because the itinerary arranged for staying in room 101 wasted our preparations. I am struggling to seek compensation. Although we finally received an email informing us that we would refund the rent, it has been a month since the trip and we have not received any other information. Everything makes me doubt the credibility of Booking.com and Rakuten Travel.

Check in procedure was a pain. It kept jumping back to main page while you struggled to key in info of all guests. The call centre for video authentication took a lot of time to reach. The whole procedure costed me 30 min up
