Everything was terrible.

Only rooms on the last floor have view like on pictures (there is 5 Floors). We paid for two rooms with the seaview and got one with side view only and one without the view. The menager was rude and unpleasent. She tried to proof me that I can see piece of the sea from my room. Another worker said that there is no coronavirus in Bulgaria when we asked him why he doesn’t use a mask. There was a fire in the hotel during the night - we didn’t sleep half night and then we didn’t have water during all day(!) Nobody offered bottle water or anything. When I asked at the reception for the bottle of water they said me that they have some just for them and I should buy it in the market.

The hotel was good, the staff was friendly and the pricing was acceptable.

I didn't like it because the hotel overall was fine but the surroundings not at all. Every restaurant was from bad to worse, the beach wasn't the cleanest thing and when we needed someone at the reception no one was there and we waited for 15 minutes. We couldn't really check out so that we a real deal breaker.

Everything was as advertised. We especially loved the view of the sea. Quiet location which is what we asked for, you can only hear the birds singing in the evening.

Just one issue. The door leading out to the balcony was faulty and we both hurt our hands trying to open and shut it.

Our room had an amazing view and a big terrace.

The bed was not so comfy and they have to pay more attention about the cleaning process.

Very clean room, with a view to the sea. You can sit on the balcony and observe the sea for hours! There is a modern TV and a fridge inside. The airport is 15 mins away on foot. The bus stop is 50 m away. The beach is about 3-4 min walk.
