Het zag er allemaal netjes uit en de slaapkamer was ruim met extra wc.
Het buiten zitje, was niet erg uitnodigend.
Toen wij er waren was het erg warm, dus wij misten wel een beetje de airco, maar er waren gelukkig ventilatoren.
Voor het zwembad moet je een aparte kaart bijkopen, zit niet bij de prijs in.

Fantastic location, 40 min drive to Camber Sands Beach, nicely furnished and equipped, comfortable beds, close to onsite shop, restaurant, playground, swimming pool and arcades. It has pleasant and relaxing vibe.

The caravan is functional maybe more suitable for small families with kids rather than 4 adults.
We were 4 guests and only 1 towel per person was provided ,they were all unusable (torn and dirty) , we had to wait 24h to receive the towels and we only got 2 . No hand soap or shower gel was provided either.
The check in time is showing as 'from 12.00' but we could only access the property from 19.00 so make sure you read all info before booking.
To use the swimming pool there is an extra charge but the attendant wasn't able to tell us how much , as there was a very long queue we gave up.
Restaurant on site is not recommended.

Very nice caravan park and great positioning of the caravan. It was the warmest week of the year so were very grateful to find fans had been left.

We had a lovely stay, the caravan was really nice, really clean, and had comfy sofas and beds. In a great location for everything while having a lot of privacy from other caravans. It was a nice touch having tea and coffee provided, and the kitchen is really well equipped, had everything we could have needed. There is also wifi provided. Loved having a table outside too in this weather. Thanks for a lovely stay

Extremely hot weather - we were delighted to have a fan for each bedroom. Excellent facilities - had everything we needed for our stay, and more!! Netflix and WiFi were great. Far enough from main park area, so no disturbance at night. Onsite shop is very well stocked. Car park close to caravan. Fantastic communication from owner before and during stay when we had a question. We will definitely return here and highly recommend it.

the caravan had plenty off room and the master bedroom was a great size. lots off storage and I liked that the caravan had a small patio area with table and chairs to sit on.
the location off the caravan was a bit too near the main complex and could hear the entertainment until 12 o’clock every night. a few things were damaged in the caravan such as the bathroom light switch hanging off and the unit in the living area was all damaged.

Double room comfortable and living spaces great for a short stay. We stayed 1 night and was good. Had everything we needed except soap in the bathroom. Great location and easy to walk to the main clubhouse and parking.
Small beds very small though and was hard to sleep as daylight came through the curtain above my head but only 1 bed was made up so didn't change it. Better for kids.

Needed an overnight stay to spend some time with my son . Cheaper and more convenient than a hotel without worrying about spending money on eating out . The beds were super comfy and the caravan was spotless. Would definitely stay here again . Thank you so much.

We loved how close shops and the main town centre was around 5mins drive =) really liked the bed was very comfortable size of the main bedroom was bigger than expected loved the fireplace and the sky with Netflix/ internet was a bonus overall great site

Conveniently located without being too close to the on site amusements, everything you need for a break by the sea and less than a ten minute drive to Hastings main car park and amusements. Owner was very pleasant and helpful and supplied tea, coffee, sugar, milk and sweets ready for our arrival.

We were there for a wedding and didn't use the facilities
My Grandchildren wanted to go swimming, but as we were in a private hire van we had to purchase wristbands. We were there for a family wedding (there for only a morning really) and only wanted to use the pool once, but were given no option of anything other than a 3 day pass to pay for. NO RECYCLING BINS, at this time of save the planet awareness, absolutely disgraceful!!!

please note that the swimming pool and evening entertainment requires purchasing passes and unless you are there 3 days or more work out expensive.
Extra cost for park passes to use swimming pool and evening entertainment. no parking next to the property but only a short walk away

We were unable to operate the TV and heating. We asked at the office for help, but it didn't come.
Only there for two nights and it was chilly! But for this, it would have been a higher score.
