Lovely property but no good for people with walking difficulties as quite a number of steps and hills to climb, lots to do around the complex.
The number of stairs to get to and from the pool arears and sun beds around the pool were plastic and low, felt we could brak them.

Great location is a main advantage of this apartment: very close to the beach, supermarket, shops and bars. The apartment itself is quite fresh, tastefully decorated. A spacious terrace expands the living space and provides a nice view towards the sea, which is especially nice in the afternoon. Objectively, despite some remarks, in this area it was the best choice for an acceptable price, though not cheap.
Being a rather picky client, I must note that despite the apartment is quite fresh, signs of flat exploitation are already appearing that require more maintenance. In the bathroom, water from the shower flows onto the floor. The need to clean every time. The apartment does not have a hallway as such, so dirt from the street quickly spreads throughout the apartment. Kitchen furniture is poor and utensils are somewhat sparse. This was all minor, but required bother during the holidays.

La fornitura della cucina un poco scarsa. Due bicchieri e due tegami rovinati sono un po' poco per un appartamento per 4 persone.

its location was good.
A lot of steps, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Also it’s a private apartment so no housekeeping for entire stay. no bins emptied, change of towels, toilet paper replaced. also you need fob key to get in and out. only one given with apartment key which was very inconvenient. should be two as you can’t get in and out of gates without it.

Lady who handed over the keys was brilliant. She allowed us to stay in the apartment until 4.00pm on the day we left and she also organised a taxi for us. Really accommodating and much appreciated! Nice bathroom with walk in shower and good size bed. Had all the kitchen equipment that you would need and was recently renovated so was nice and fresh. Smart TV with Netflix.
The La Laguna 2 complex is up the side of a steep hill which proved a challenge with two large suitcases as there are no lifts. The apartment was at the top of the complex and the reception/bar at the bottom! Lots of flights of steps or steep slopes. Could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The lounge/kitchen was much smaller than we realised with no dining table or chairs. The steel chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable. The good size bed took up much of the bedroom and their was little space around it. We did not realise these details when making the booking as it was not clear on the web pages.

Lovely apartment, comfy bed and sofabed. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Close to everything, restaurants, beach and supermarket. Nice pool. Kidspool was fun for my 2 yearold while my 5 yearold could jump between that one and the bigger one. They had a blast! The hostess was very welcoming and helped with parking in the residential compound when the puplic parking was all taken. We would love to stay here again!
