Front desk staff lack of good customer service if something is wrong with your room. No manger contact information displayed given the run around by staff on contact info. I was told the manager comes in at 11pm? When guests are sleep Housekeeping doesn’t clean the entire room on scheduled day. Second time staying here quality has dropped since last visit.

Cleanliness , comfort and the breakfast was all great.

The fact that they advertised a pool and the pool has been closed and will stay closed indefinitely. Also, the road to get there is off the ramp. We missed it a couple times and ended up going way around to get back over. Nothing they can do about that so just watch for it on the ramp.

I stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton Wayne, NJ this week and had a great experience. The staff had a positive attitude. The room was clean and spacious, especially compared to other hotels, and featured a small kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a good fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was amazing. Free parking was a bonus, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the ice machine.

What I recommend is cleaning the room every day and offering more variety in the breakfast menu.

Beds not so comfy.

The room was great it was really a suite, I was very surprised by the ambiance of the room. The bed was nice and comfortable. Everything was nice and clean, I love this hotel. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Es la segunda vez que voy al hotel, para mi todo es perfecto la atención, la ubicación , todo ! realmente vale la pena ir a este hotel. A 35 min de NY, a 10 min del mall american y los parques de diversiones.

They gave us an early check-in with no fuss or anything. That was great. Breakfast was great and the room was great. To me the biggest thing was that they allowed us to stay in one single room. Having a family of 5 total while trying to book hotels is difficult because a lot of hotels have a hard limit on 4 people per room. So a lot of the offerings were for 2 rooms which makes no sense considering that all 3 of my kids are minors and one is 4 and the other one is 7. One room suits us just fine and this hotel allowed us to book a single room.

We had to beg for toilet paper on two different occasions. You get room service every other day, but for some reason they didnt replenish the toilet paper or change the towels all the time. Also they seemed to forget we were 5 people, because they just consistently put only 4 towels.

Exceptional service from Jay at Front desk...very clean room and location met my needs for the trip.

Breakfast selection could have more variety and better assistance.
