The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The room was really big, very clean, great bed. Would highly recommend it.

No dryer, no microwave (although hotel description said they have it in the room), no stopper in the bathroom sink, and bathroom sink & bathtub got completely clogged, desk light was broken.
Also, the staff came to my room and knocked the door twice 1hr before the check out time to find out what time I leave....while I was busy to get ready to go... unbelievable hotel!!!

Room did not have any toilet paper, not one roll, found out the hard way first thing in the morning… what a waste of $170… stayed here a few times, never again!

Room was not cleaned one day and every night our key had to be reactivated and with only one person working he was overwhelmed plus no phone

Tried to call hotel twice the night of the stay because was having a very difficult time finding it. No one answered, though I let it ring for at least a minute the first time, and the second time the call would not go through. When we finally located it and checked in the desk clerk said the phone was working the whole time. Later when I went down to ask a question he was nowhere to be found, and I had to literally yell several times before he showed up with one ear bud in, making me think he was also in the back when I tried to call earlier. One of 2 elevators was not working and stuck on P1 level, which the desk clerk was totally unaware of, and there was a literal busload of people trying to get an elevator to get to their rooms.
The 3rd floor hallway carpet was surprisingly dirty.

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the reception desk. The breakfast was good but a change of menu would have been much appreciated.
The free coffee/tea at the reception area was a bonus. The two toasters were half-functioning and replacements are needed.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very heavy mold smell. Due to several weddings in the area we had no choice but to stay there. We went up to the room and the light was broken. The floor was slippery due to the air conditioning unit and no ventilation in the room. The bed sheets were moist, the remote control was missing. We went down and they promised to have it fixed the next day. We left for dinner and came back, they handed me a remote with no back (batteries exposed). They never fixed the lights or the moisture. I called and they said i never told them about the smell or the moisture or the light. They refused any remediation.

Overall the hotel is nice but it needs to be cleaned up a bit and a lot of things in the rooms need to be repaired like the phones the refrigerators and especially the ac units. I had to change rooms do to all these and the rooms was about the same. And put some air freshener on the hotel it stinks

Great service and room. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy parking and a good location. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. Everything was incredibly convenient and contributed to a fantastic stay.

The entrance itself has garbage laying everywhere and many things are just dirty. This place has lots of potential but with better management.
Cleaning staff also seem very lazy/unaware. Sheets were dirty. Carpets inside and outside the room has stains.

The room was not cleaned enough. The bathtub was dirty.The breakfast was okay. There is a pool, but it won't be opened for a while as per the owner. The beds are comfortable.There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there's a very tiny fridge Very noisy due to the road nearby. Staff was very helpful. There is a bus 197 that takes you to New York directly for $9.00. You leave your car at the Willowbrook Mall, parking is free. If you take the bus during the day, you can pay cash. At night you need to purchase a ticket.

Sam was absolutely EXCELLENT upon checking in at this hotel yesterday 7/16; so much that I booked an additional stay or day for 7/17.
However, I went downstairs to the front desk to notify them that I have booked another day. I met VERY RUDE front desk representative name GUNDEEP!
He told me that I could not stay in the same room because another group booked rooms on the 4th floor! So I must move to a different room!
It is not after 1pm and he came knocking on my door saying “it’s after 12 o’clock - time to check out”. I spoke to GUNDEEP through the door as I was on a call to say “I’ve already paid for another day”. He said “oh yeah, you have to move”. I said “move where” he said “somewhere, I will be back in 15 minutes”!
Although the room is very nice and the location is convenient; I cannot recommend this hotel. This guy is a pure jerk!

Messed up elevators. Other guests playing loud music until way late. Shower drained slow. No phone in rooms. Alarm clock in room was dead.

The hotel is dirty and ran down. We had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Once in the room, I Immediately got on the phone with Expedia to switch hotels. The smell was so gross. There was pee on the toilet seat and cigarette burns on the blanket. Expedia was great in helping get a full refund and switching hotels.

This hotel was not what we expected. It is very outdated and needs renovation done to it. The condition of the hotel is not as good as it is shown in the images provided. The location of the hotel is in a very odd place as it was difficult to get to the parking lot. The rooms themselves are okay but still not as good as shown in the images. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I would look at other options.

The hotel smell very moldy lobby dirty the down button on the elevator wasn’t working on the 3 rd floor I didn’t even sleep there I had to check out the very next morning I need my money back for the one night they charge me I never recommend anyone to this hotel they need to close and clean that place from top to button. Very filthy

Room not cleaned during our stay. Mgmt aware. No coffee maker, then given broken one. Mgmt aware. Boogers (yes) on end of night table. Never cleaned (neither was room). Mgmt aware. Had to ask for clean towels, every day. Stay away. Manager said he would verify room not being cleaned and then would extend discount. Over 24 hours since we checked out. No notification or reduced rate.
