I loved how clean the room was, the bodywash and shampoo dispenser was great, we hadn't intended to stay over night, so we didn't have this stuff, the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful, the snack bar was open late which was awesome, because my kids wanted ice cream and nothing was open on Thanksgiving night, the inclusive breakfast was also awesome, very clean and loved the coffee too. The whole room was easy to book and the hotel was easy to maneuver around as well.

The placement of the smoke detector, its bright at night, every 4 seconds its like a camera flash, it took me about an hour to fall asleep, Its placed over the sofa bed, and while I could've closed the curtain, I couldn't either, I had my youngest 2 there, and it bothered them as well.

Large rooms, clean, well organized. Breakfast, training facilities, parking, simply brilliant for the money I payed.

There is nothing to dislike.

The property welcomes cats. Super important since I was evacuating from a hurricane in western Florida. I turned my stay into a mini vacation and we had a lovely time.

Ideally the beds would be secured underneath so my cats couldn’t access.

Clean and spacious room with good amenities.

Complimentary breakfast selection could have been much better.

Wonderful with pets. We evacuated and they were so great with all pets there. Rooms we clean, big and well equipped.

Many people with pets did not pick up their poop. Perhaps staff member could monitor this situation. All in all though a great place.

Well, the property is just as good as its service towards the customer.

Location, cleanliness, spacious rooms!

At breakfast the staff were looking at everyone as if they were prey! That made most people uncomfortable! No one wants to be watched like they are in prison while getting breakfast!!!! It was horrible!!!

The pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast is lacking and needs to be improved.
