Clean, tidy, everything we needed, secure parking and room for numerous cars.
Fridge light flickered and needs replacing and the down light above the dining room table needs replacing but other than that was an exceptional stay.

It was a lovely apartment and more than suitable for our what we required.
We arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the entrance to Apartment 2. It was actually in Allingham Street, not Brown Street. This needs to be put on the instructions. Also the wifi was not very good.

It was clean, easy to access, well set up for our group and there was great communication from Ben. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking and the heating was great as well.
We were driving a minivan and the driveway was a tight squeeze near the gate, generally though it was fine just be careful when reversing out.

The property was as advertised, a cute place with all mod cons in a good location. short walk to town. Had comfortable beds and was well set up. Had the extras which make a stay more like home, spare towels, extra pillows, kitchen things. It was lovely!

Driveway a little narrow. Long and narrow. Made reversing out of the driveway a little challenging with little room

Facilities and supplies provided were extensive and excellent. Owner responded very promptly to SMS messages.
A couple of small maintenance items were needed. Hedge along right side of driveway should be removed, as it intrudes significantly on driveway.

The property was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable.
The property is perfectly located.
Although the property can accommodate 6 adults, the bathroom has 1 towel rail, and absolutely no where to hang a single item of clothing. I suggest you make use of the large empty wall in the bathroom by adding some hooks to hang clothing, and put some towel rails in the each of the bedrooms.
Also the hedge between the house and the driveway should be completely removed, it makes it almost impossible to access a vehicle parked there, and very difficult to even walk past.
An otherwise great property, spoiled by minor details.
