Good space for a family

One of the beds bed sheet wasn’t changed and there wasn’t any spare one to change the bed wasn’t done properly &had hair on it, one of the room had damp on the window wish triggered our allergies, also the shower place wasn’t clean as it had water with flys on it

Very clean bedrooms a good size ideal as we had my sister who uses disability equipment and on ground floor

Blocked drains as when opening and walking though the property had to walk though disused water from the drain. Pipes

Good location. Nice place.

Couldn’t get through to reception customer services. Found lack of change of flexibility to dates was ridiculous. Parts of the property decor was a bit shabby.

Kitchen had all the white goods needed. Location was not in the best area but good base to visit other places.

When we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty sheets on the bed and one bed was drenched in sweat. We had to change all the bedding. The place hadn’t been cleaned and the floor was filthy. There was rubbish left on the sides and black mould around the windows. There was water leaking from above through the ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a pleasant environment for children. Outside the drains were blocked so waste water drained down to outside the front door.

Easy to get too, free parking, good facilities.
