AC worked well and it has a good mattress and even a fridge. Location was close to the medical facilities we needed. It also had a security gate. And hot water.

Price seemed a little high and someone kept propping open the security gate to our building.

This is the second time that I have stayed in this Inn. They are family now. The location is great, close to nice restaurants (there is a great pizzeria by the avenue Pizzareli) and boutiques. The neighborhood, Los Jardines, is mostly high middle class. It is very nice, very interesting and very walkable. In fact, there is an IKEA store around the corner. A huge and modern supermarket, Plaza Lama, is on Avenida 27 de febrero. Close to this one, you'll find a modern La Sirena superstore. I love this store. Bonavita is at walking distance (for me at least) from the iconic "Monumento de la Restauración" and minutes from Santiago's vibrant Centro Histórico (downtown). This time (january 2023) there was something different. The hotel had installed an automatic gate that turned the street into a private road). And last but not least, the person in charge of this place, Alexandra, goes above and beyond her duties. An amazing employee. Her mother works there, too.

The main house's living room that served as a cozy lobby was eliminated.

The staff was excellent Fessional the breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location of the property is next to a man with two dogs that bark constantly throughout the day and night. Very annoying.

Friendly and helpful staff. My bed was super comfy and the air con was powerful (easy to adjust the temperature). Shower provided a steady stream of hot water. Great location near some cafes and a short walk to the downtown area. There were lots of outlets for charging devices. I felt safe and it was easy to get around.

No complaints. Bring your water bottle and they can fill it up from their water jug (botellon).

Good place, excellent people

The ONLY suggestion I'd give them would be to install handles at the doors. They just have the lock and you need to manouver to close them from the outside, pulling with the key. The WHOLE rest is JUST GREAT!

Room, attention and privacy

The location was good.

Check in was a confusing because all the keys to the rooms are in the padlock. You don’t know which key is for which room.

Very very noisy till late night, from the bars nearby. We needed a blanket and there was only a sheet.

It was priced right, in a safe and active area, but quiet. Comfortable with all needed amenities

We arrived and we were told that all rooms are full. But they managed to give us a even better room (apartment) for the same price. the apartment was just one street further and was really nice.

not easy to find. no clear adress and no sign at the house. so we searched for accommodation for a while. since i am fluent in spanish it was able to manage everything. without spanish skills it will be a challenge
