My family and I have been coming to Anna Maria Island (Anna Maria specifically) for the last 5 years on family vacation (a total of 8 visits). We've stayed in some wonderful properties on the island but none rival White Pearl.
First, the location is fantastic. There are two beach access points within a 5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States, if not the world. It is also an easy walk, or golf cart ride, to Pine Avenue and all the shops, restaurants, etc. you could need.
The home is immaculately well designed, decorated, and well kept. It was VERY clean, had a wonderful modern feel without feeling "cold". Additionally, the owner has equipped the home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. He thought of everything. Multiple ways to make coffee (Keurig, drip, french press, bean grinder), fruit juicer, every utensil, dish, cookware and even a wide array of spices etc. The appliances are outstanding and the bar area has a wide array of stemware, cocktail glasses, cocktail shaker, ice buckets, and a charging port with every kind of cable connection for any device.
The decking on this home is incredible and offers so many ways to enjoy outside in private. The rooftop deck offers 360 degree views of the island and the view of Bean Point and beaches. The pool is a very good size, great hot tub, and beautiful pool lighting for night swims.
This home is a no brainer. Rent it now or someone else will!

Perfect space, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Beautiful decorated & stocked with everything we needed. Very nice home, only down side is too many stairs, fine for us but difficult on my 76 year old mother with bad knees. Home has an elevator but isn't available for renters. Maybe the owner can someday at that feature for renters. I would still rate this home 10 out of 10.

Our family has been coming to AMI for about 9 years, only staying in the same house twice. This year we chose the White Pearl home due to location and its amenities, and it did not disappoint! Jay’s communications to us prior and during our stay were thorough and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough cooking utensils and cookware to feel like you were at home. The home has enough room to provide privacy, yet still all be together to enjoy the time together. The pool and spa area is where we spent most late afternoons after a fun day in the sun! I would highly recommend this house to any family or group wanting a great place to land in AMI!
My only thought is you need to be able to climb the stairs as depending on your room, you will have to climb several flights of steps. Other than that… it was a wonderful week spent in AMI…. Until next time ❤️

The house has everything you need, it’s huge and it’s really stunning. A pintrest house itself. Every room has a in-suite-bathroom so that’s perfect for everyone too.
The service Jay provides is great, he is super helpful and a phone call away if you need anything.
3 minutes away from the beach.
And many living rooms to chill.
This side of the island is very quiet, not much traffic. That’s what we were looking for.
We will come back!

Property was amazing. Close to the beach and other nearby amenities. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We enjoyed the mutliple sitting areas so that the family could relax and enjoy the evening after being at the beach all day.
The owner even reached out to us on the first day to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions....a nice touch and made us feel very welcomed.
We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the island.

What a WONDERFUL week at AMI!!!! The house was so AWESOME and really STUNNING !! The pictures were very accurate which isn’t always the case with these rentals. It truly was like a tropical paradise with all the beautiful palm trees surrounding the pool downstairs and very visible from the kitchen and living room area where we would all congregate. The house was well stocked with everything!! Jay was great with communication… and a personal phone call welcoming us was very appreciated.
Everything was better than we expected and made our week an absolute joy and pleasure! Thank you Jay!!

Just left a peaceful week in this beautiful home - we have stayed at AMI several times and the thought and detail that went into this home surpasses all others that we have stayed in on the island. Home is well equipped with everything you need for a great beach stay and is just a couple minutes from the sand - an easy walk even with little ones. The owners had great communication and were quick to help with any minor details that can up. Thanks for a fun week!

Such a great house. Very clean and even better than the photos. We spent a lot of time at the pool/spa that is super private, surrounded by greenery. Short walk to the beach access. Jay was always in contact and made sure we had all info needed. We will 100% stay here again when visiting AMI.

This house was great. My wife is already planning our return.
1 - VERY clean.
2 - it is extremely well equipped. Kitchen has everything you may need, 2 coffee makers, etc. Outside, 8+ beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach umbrellas beach towels. Two outdoor showers.
3 - TV with Roku in every room. Beautiful TV in living room - great for Saturday college football.
4 - Jay the owner is great. He called before and during the visit to make sure everything was going well and was available when we had questions.
5 - location. easy 4-5 minute walk from front door to beach.
6 - lots of good restaurants, several within walking distance.

Wonderful place to relax & enjoy a luxurious stay on the North End of the island. Contemporary and comfortable - all the bells & whistles - easy beach access. Kitchen is well supplied - had everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. Jay’s a fantastic host - helpful & quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised and in a great location. The property owner was also easy to work with and attentive before and during the stay. Outdoor living / pool area was where we spent most of the time and it was the perfect place to hang out. Inside the house everything was top of the line with nothing more you could have asked for.

We really enjoyed our week at the white pearl. Everything about the house was great. So well appointed with tasteful decor and furnishings. Jay was very responsive and great to interact with. Comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen, eagles nest porch for watching sunset, terrific pool with sun and shade. We would definitely come back to this wonderful home in beautiful Anna Maria island.

We absolutely love the home and all its amenities. Our children especially love the pool and hot tub. The views from the home was spectacular from all angles. If we could, we would have bought the home so we would always have something beautiful to come to on out vacation. Thanks to the property manager who was there when we needed him for minor things. Greatly appreciate the quick responses and time he took to help us get situated.

My family and I just returned from a 1 week stay and I highly recommend this home on AMI. There were 6 of us , ranging in age from 18 months to 70 years old and the house was perfect for all our needs.
The common area is a blend of indoor and outdoor space - all beautifully designed with lots of seating and eating options. We loved the pool and spa area and especially appreciated that it provided some shade. The landscaping and numerous palm trees were so beautiful and created lots of privacy. All the bedrooms were beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and private baths. The kitchen was a chefs dream and had every possible thing we needed and some things I would not have thought of but was so glad were there I loved that everything was labelled! The location was also perfect and a short walk to beach and town
We couldn’t ask for a better host than Jay. He called several times before the trip and responded immediately to any question we had during our visit. It is easy to see that he takes great pride in this house and genuinely wants guests to enjoy staying there. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this has been the best by far. We can’t wait to go back!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! The house is spectacular! It has everything we could’ve wanted and more! Beautifully decorated and furnished, wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, very comfortable bedrooms, and generously stocked kitchen supplies. Our family spent most of our days in and around the amazing large pool and hot tub! The landscaping around the pool is serene and offers great privacy. The partial shade was ideal for us and our children. We couldn’t get enough time out there, and fortunately the pool lights gave us extra time to extend our days after sunset! The location was also perfect for our family - easy walk to the beach and to town! We had the absolute best week here and hope to come back for future vacations!

House was perfect, exactly as shown, very upscale and in great condition. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. And, having a pool and hot tub that was partially shaded was a big plus for our family given our 3 month old grandson.

Design and furnishings could be in a magazine yet it's extremely comfortable and relaxing, inside and out. Jay is so responsive I told my husband he must have a hotline directly from the house!

This place is incredible! The house was so clean and beautiful. The pool area is amazing, all the decks are so perfect for different times of the day. The top observation deck provides stunning views of the sunset over the gulf and a partial view of the sunrise over the bay. The linens are so nice and didn’t have that normal hotel smell, they smelled fresh and clean! The house has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. There was more than enough toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. Jay was very friendly and helpful! We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back! We didn’t want to leave!!

This is our third trip to AMI and the best so far. Perfect home and location. Only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and even more. Very stylish as well. Jay responded very quickly to all of our requests and needs. Very pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with our vacation! Thank you, Jay. We definitely will be back.
P.S. If you have a larger group of people, Jay has an option to accommodate all of you right next to each other. Check out the house right next to this one. It called “Reel lucky”.

Wonderful Week
We absolutely loved our stay at Jay’s home. The space is gorgeous, both inside and out. It was perfect for our group of 8 to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need and the appliances are all top notch. The outdoor areas were all great, from the pool/spa to the various decks and rooftop - we enjoyed them all! The location was perfect, too. A short walk to shops/restaurants, trolly stops and, of course, great beach access. Jay had chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and a cooler to use. He was a wonderful host - very communicative and attentive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful house in the best part of the island
Our group of friends and family enjoyed the comfortable, stylish and spacious house. Great views, easy walk to the beach and town, upscale spa and a choice of several decks made for a relaxing vacation. Jay is an excellent communicator who responded quickly when we had a minor issue.

Great place on North Side of AMI
House was great!! Well stocked with everything you could need. Views are incredible - especially the sunsets!! This location is very quiet and peaceful. Jay was very proactive in communicating everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay in this property again.

A gorgeous property on Anna Maria Island. The White Pearl was immaculate and our family enjoyed every minute together. Steps away from the beach with rooftop view of the sun setting over the ocean. The owner Jay was a joy to work with. Highly recommend.
