Property is a a little outside main road and situated in residential area and hence odd to reach but overall a good / well maintained properly. Staff is good and I didn't have any issues with my stay as such.
Could provide at least a couple chairs and a table in room.

Hotel was good but the staffs were not as there is not written unmarried couples not allowed anywhere in their hotel policy & thus, they told us to leave the hotel after our confirmed booking & after a lot of arguments they gave us a room to stay as it was a new year eve & finding a hotel nearby was very much difficult.

This hotel is a good one if you're on a budget travel. The price is reasonable and the room facilities are quite good for what we have paid. And the complementary breakfast provided was good too. It used to be different menu everyday. It was simple and enough for a light meal in the morning, and the staff were very cordial and helpful. The dining hall looks unfurnished but I believe in coming years it will be improved. I will definitely consider this hotel too if I visit kolkata again.

The area of the property is nice and safe. The hotel has pretty good wifi.
Lazy hotel staff, not communicating well, and service is horrible. Charged more than the invoice from the online booking, and asked to contact booking.com if I have.
