Very close to town centre and seafront. Very spacious. Friendly staff.

Crockery was dirty. Excessive noise from pub until 0115. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor when used. Would not recommend for young families but fab for no frills night in Brighton.

The beds,and lots off clean towels.

There was no proper knife to cut the vegies .

Nothing I’m going to speak to my legal team to see what can be done about this nightmare My kids are itching from the dirty place which they aren’t used to

Everything was aweful The pictures of the property displayed on booking the accommodation was nothing to the reality we had to see- the pictures must have been taken when the place was newly renovated I was mislead falsely and the pictures of the property was not a true reflection

The location was excellent.

I’m sorry to say, but this was the dirtiest property I’ve ever stayed in. The carpets were covered in stains and had not been vacuumed very well, if at all. The kitchen floor was sticky. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and had lots of hair in it. The furniture was also covered in stains and at least one of the bed sheets had not been replaced. The fridge had ‘goop’ all over the top shelf and the plates, glasses and cutlery were covered in greasy fingerprints. Not to mention the grubby doors and walls which I would normally overlook, but on this occasion, the dirtyness of the apartment completely ruined our stay. Such a shame because the apartment has great potential. I’m aso annoyed that the price I paid for the apartment included a £70 cleaning fee which is clearly not being utilised well.

The location was excellent – it was so easy to do Brighton only on foot all weekend. Cleanliness was fine – much better than other reviews led me to expect. Comms were decent. The facilities were fine, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was just generally nicer than expected, and spacious too. It was absolutely ideal for our group of 7.

It was hard to keep cool, on a warmish weekend. We had all windows open as much as possible, but that meant getting woken up by seagulls! It was also difficult to initially work out how to operate the door to the apartment (although we appreciated the help with this – thanks!). But aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations.

Beds very comfortable everything was clean.

Kitchen kettle was awful. Not very well equipped. No mirrors around apart from one tiny one. Would suggest to have some mirrors around so one can get ready in comfort.
