What an amazing place to stay! Everything was nice and clean. Got to catch fish in the morning while watching dolphins swim up and down the canal. Then jump in the swimming pool to refresh! 5 out of 5 stars

This was a great vacation with a safe place to stay.

Enjoyable stay , home was as pictured on website. It was quick drive to shore and other activities. My husband and kids thoroughly enjoyed riding the waves on the boogie boards provided, thank you Jared. No real complaints, but you may want to replace the chairs by pool. Most of them had broken legs so not enough seating around outdoor table. We definitely will recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

Perfect location for kids attending Space Camp: easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and beaches while still close to shopping/restaurants. The pool was the center of afternoon activities, despite the rain. The hosts have included many amenities to make it feel like home and were very responsive and helpful!

The home was very clean, adorably decorated, and was equiped with practically anything you might need.

Really well house, really well provided, having a bbq close to the water is really relaxing

My family rented this house so we could stay close to our cousin's graduation party. It was a cute house. The positives were the backyard and being able to fish off the back, and the pool. We loved the older deeper Florida pool. We also enjoyed the two living rooms. The main downside was the vrbo page description paragraph for this property said the bunk beds were full beds which they weren't. They were regular twin bunk beds. And the other two bedrooms said they were queens (which they may have been) but felt more like a full bed. We also would have liked more seating around the dining room table. It really only had room for 4 when it could have easily fit 8. But we had a good time and I'd recommend it if you are staying in the area.

We needed a place close to NASA with a pool. This home was exactly what we needed for my daughter’s visit with our two grandchildren. Up with the sun and at the gates of the Space Center for the National Anthem. Home by 4 and in the pool until dinner. Back in the pool until dusk then it was time for the fire pit and s’mores. Repeat the next day. Excellent location for commuting to the Port, beaches and shopping.

Overall had an great time at this beautiful home! Location was amazing-10 min to a Walmart, 15 min to cocoa beach. Beds were comfortable and house was fairly well stocked and very clean. a few things were broken and needing repair….poolside furniture, tp wall dispenser, bikes were not rideable as the tires were flat and no way to put air in them. Also not able to inflate pool stuff/toys as pump did not have adaptor. Other than that we had a great first family vacation and would love to come back!

The house was very nice. Had some trouble with the tvs, but that got resolved. Loved being on the canal and seeing dolphins everyday. My family enjoyed the pool and having a fire every night. Was awesome to see a rocket launch from the backyard. Also fun fishing. Great location, close to everything. Definitely would stay again!

Was an awsome stay for me and my family, husband did some fishing in the canal, saw 2 dolphins..10 min from beach, 5 min from walmart. Overall good experience!

Wow… Just WOW!!! What an AMAZING TIME!! This was our first time using Vrbo and because of our experience, we will forever be customers!! The house was absolutely beautiful and the waterway it was on was so amazing!! Jared was an amazing host to work with and took all the stress away from this vacation!! The house was immaculate and if there was anything we forgot to bring, it was there!!! The private screened in pool was perfect for our special needs son, with no worry of him leaving the yard. We were able to be present with our family with no distractions!!! If you’re looking at this property to take your vacation, do it!! You will be over joyed!!! We were!!

My family and I had a great time! the house it is just as described and has everything that you will need including air mattresses. Stocked kitchen. The owner has provided everything you may need to go for a beach day and/or a fishing off the dock . It’s a great house to spend time with family, my kids loved fishing from the dock and using the paddleboard. Remember this is Florida so you swim at your own risk we saw a small alligator and dolphins in the canal. Easy check in and out! Can’t wait to come back!

Hosted an event for my brother and had six of his buddies stay with us. Beautiful home lots of space very clean had everything you could expect in a beautiful pool and there’s quite a bit of fish in the waterway

For the most part everything was good there were a few things we notified the host about but never came to access them, after talking to him on the phone and him saying he would have the tech team and maintenance team come out. The Wi-Fi was not good at all and well while having little ones that’s not a good thing when trying to cook, or her things done or even when stuck inside on those rainy and stormy days. We found a few things broken and reported them luckily they weren’t anything that we would miss or try to temporarily fix while using it (tp holder). Most where minor things the WI-FI was not minor…. As we have better service at home and we even have the same company. We would have liked to be able to watch a movie or two together as a family or in the evening/night before bed but the only tvs that partially worked were the one in the front room (The one that you came in the front door) and 1 of the 2 tvs in the back room by the patio and pool doors. But even those were both limited on what could be seen on them… we have subscriptions to many of the apps on them but so to Wi-Fi wee were limited. I like the place and would love to stay again sometime as long as thw Wi-Fi situation was fixed.. over all for the most part our time in this beautiful home was nice… we always hate when it is time to come back home… can’t wait to go back as we visit Florida often at least once a year but hoping to make that become several times a year.. btw love how there was already a few supplies there when we got there… especially because when got in a lot later than had planned… it was nice to have coffee sugar creamer filters toilet paper paper towels this soap hands soap a few other food items in the cabinets that weren’t need it but was nice to have just in case we did. Not sure if those I am clarify previous renters or intentionally left there however it is nice to know that they allow it to stay in there. Will be so grateful to be able to stay in this location again sometime in the future. I would love to be on the email list or notification list on any scheduled time that it comes available if possible.

We loved our stay. The owners made every effort to make sure everything we could possibly need was provided. Dolphins coming to visit each morning if you take the time to go watch for them.

clean nice size place. Outdoor furniture was all broken, and lights not working by the pool. Couldn't locate the coolers they mentioned. Overall suitable and worth the stay. Need to clean up a few things.

Beware!! The owner sent me a message 3 days after checking out saying his cleaning service charged him for extra cleaning due to hair on couch. The owner accused us of bringing a dog to the home. No one brought a dog to the home. I have rented from VRBO for 20 years and have never experienced this. The owner provided a white blanket that sheds and that is the hair he claims on the couch. Mind you this home has a ring and we talked to the neighbors. Check your ring and ask your neighbors if they seen a dog at this rental. The beds are terrible and the dock is missing boards and is very dangerous. Do not rent this home.

Amazing spot for a family vacation. Exactly as described. Activities close by- we loved the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. The pool was my son’s favorite and was used everyday:). The owners have done a great job with thinking of everything you would need! Only recommendation would be to have the pool heated. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

It was a nice and newly renovated house! Love the outdoor area with pool and fire pit! Only minor complaints such as full bunks were more twin-sized, dock needs repair, and a few more cooking utensils. Other than that it was a wonderful, relaxing stay that is a great distance from cocoa beach!

What a great property. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Just got some groceries and you are ready to go. The only thing that might need improvement is a place to put your toiletries in the master bath .. and to air dry your towels that you used maybe some hooks or towel rack. Such a small problem …wonderful stay!

This property was a perfect fit for us. It was clean, well appointed and in the perfect area. We spent most of our time relaxing outside, but the house and furnishings were very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a great experience renting this property. The house had absolutely everything we needed for the beach. My kids loved the bunk bed room. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Everyone had a great time. The home was clean. Great decor for home. Location was great, close to the beach and located right on the canal. Fun fishing on the canal. The dock needs some repairs there was boards missing.. To dangerous to walk on. Lots of good restaurants near by. There was ping pong in the garage and had a great pool with a wonderful patio.All in all a lot of fun.

Our family and friends had a great stay at this property. The location was great and the house had a lot of amenities. The place looks like it was recently renovated, very accommodating and clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

This property is a great location for those baseball families who love to fish and swim!!! The property managers are personable and very helpful with any attractions that may interest you. This vacation spot is HIGHLY recommended!

We loved staying at this property. The pool was so nice & my daughter & husband loved fishing off the dock!! It’s an easy drive to the beach & waterside dinning & all necessity stores are close. I highly recommend!

There was 11 of us with plenty of room to accommodate all of us and our 3 boats. House was clean and comfy.

Very nice home with plenty of space, nice TV’s to watch sports and great backyard with pool, canal for fishing and lots of great chair options for relaxing. House has everything you need and very well thought out. Very modern and everything is in great shape. Highly recommend!
