My husband and I came for a Valentines get away with our two dogs. This cabin was absolutely perfect! we loved it. It was very clean and well kept up. We are hoping to stay again soon.

We chose this cabin because it had the right number and arrangement of beds for our large group of family and friends. The cabin was a great size for us and provided enough space for us to spread out and enjoy our trip. Cabin was clean and felt fresh immediately upon check in. Only difference we noticed was that the video game console pictured is no longer in the cabin, but this was not a big deal for our group. The linens were clean and fresh, and the hot tub appeared and felt clean, as well. Location is fabulous! Only about 10 minutes to the Dollywood parking lot and just up the hill from a general store and pizza restaurant that we used A LOT. We would definitely recommend this cabin to other large groups and families looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Great property!

We had a blast staying at the Papa Wolf Cabin in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was comfortable and met all our needs.

The communication was great with the owner, the cabin was exactly as listed and very clean, and the location was very convenient to get to Dollywood in a short drive. Having a convenience store and pizza place within walking distance of the cabin came in very handy too!

The cabin was as described. Very clean, close to all attractions. Host was quick to answer any questions during our stay. We highly recommend this cabin. Our family will definitely be returning guests.

Easy access to anything. Only 20 mins from Gatlinburg and 4 mins to Dollywood. My only set back...if you are sleeping downstairs beware that you can hear everything upstairs. You definitely cannot walk 'quietly' in this home. Overall it is a great place to stay and would recommend to any size family.

We were so pleased with our stay at this cabin in Pigeon Forge. The location was perfect for us - close to everything we wanted to do, but far enough away to be quiet. We did 2 days in Dollywood and it took us around 10 minutes to get there. It was so easy! The cabin was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. It was VERY clean when we arrived (and I'm picky!). We absolutely loved it! My in-laws stayed in the bedroom upstairs so they wouldn't have to navigate the stairs and my husband, two boys (ages 10 and 12), and I all stayed downstairs. The layout was great! Only 2 things I'd mention to be aware of: First, the cabin is super creaky. Any walking on the upper floor could be heard below. Bathroom visits in the middle of the night for my in-laws woke us up. We didn't have any babies with us, but I could see how the noise would be a problem. The cabin was SO loud and creaky. Second, there is no cable tv here. I believe it's stated in the description, so it may not be a surprise. I know that's just the way of the future, but if my in-laws had gone alone they wouldn't have had tv all week because they don't have any tv subscription services. They're used to being able to walk in and turn on the tv and flip to find something. We have YouTube TV so they were able to watch, but if you don't have some kind of subscription, you're out of luck here! I absolutely give this cabin FIVE stars and would go back and stay again.

Our family had a great stay at this cabin. It was fully furnished with what we needed for a comfortable stay and the hot tub and video game were enjoyed by the teens! We spent more time in this place than we usually do on vacations!

We have a big family. We did not want to stay in three separate hotel rooms. We wanted to be together in a cabin. This place was just what we needed. Clean, secure, close to so many attractions, and we were all together in one place. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Next time, we will.

Great place to stay well worth it

Papa wolf's cabin is a great place to stay. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the electric door lock (batteries were low). Papa wolf had it fixed the next morning. He also gave us great recommendations on restaurants. Family had a great time! 5stars! Beds were comfy too!

Property was close to everything. Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Great Smokies National Park, shopping, and restaurants. Cabin was perfect for our family. We would stay again.

Usually only stay at hotels but decided to try a cabin for our smokies trip. This was slightly more than we wanted to spend but had everything we needed. The cabin itself was great, only issue we had was we couldn't get the a.c. as cold as we normally like. But the couple of times we had issues Papa got back to us and addressed right away. We had thought we would be walking distance to a few spots but it wasn't. But very easy drive to all the major attractions. If you're looking for a good cabin experience I would definitely recommend

Cabin was very clean. Very beautiful cabin. We loved all of the room we had. Owner was very responsive when we had a little hiccup with the internet. We loved hiw close we were to everything in pigeon forge. We will definitely be back. Minutes from everything. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great location , nicely furnished and a surprising 4th bedroom that was not on the original listing! Would def rent this cabin again !

The property was very clean, exactly as seen on the vrbo website, and was extremely close to everything without being in the middle of all the busy roads. We have 5 kids between 12 and 4 and every single one of them had their own bed in addition to my husband and I. The downstairs part was an awesome space for them to hang out separately. I definitely recommend this place and we would definitely rent again!

My family and I have been renting cabins for years and this is the cleanest place we have stayed at. The furnishings are very nice and updated. The only thing that is needed is a better selection of kitchen items and TV options. There were very few pots and pan, utensils etc and what you did have was not adequate to use for a house that sleeps 12 people. The TV set up for all rooms were horrible. However I would definitely stay her again and would recommend this cabin to others.

We were looking for a quick get-away over the holiday, and my husband has been wanting to get back to the Smokies where he used to visit often as a kid. We're always traveling with our doggo, and need pet friendly lodgings, and our pal who we cajoled into coming along - and who knows us pretty well, asked that we not be going too rustic, or isolated. This lovely, cozy and clean cabin was a great compromise, on a ridge with lovely views of nearby mountains from the back porch, the hot tub looked inviting, but I never seemed to get in it, too busy enjoying cards and puzzles at the dining table in between trips to the state park (which is huge and amazing - and we hope to get back one day soon since four days just isn't enough!)This place was obviously too big for the three of us, but it worked out fine - the common areas are nice and cozy with plenty of room to get away from the people who cheat at Yatzee. Ahem.If I had any suggestions, they would be small and largely inconsequential in the larger scheme of things - we could have used more dishwashing tablets (maybe one tablet for each nights stay, there were only two and we ended up doing five dishwasher loads - we cook a lot) and more trash bags (thankfully we had some in the car.) I don't know if these consumables are measured by number or renters, or nights or a combination, but seeing as there were only three of us, when this place is at full capacity I can only imagine that a "per night" method for supplies would be more prudent. Same with paper towels, but since we travel with the doggo, we always have a spare roll tucked into the back of the car; but we did go out and purchase a bottle of counter top cleaner, and ended up using hand towels from the bath in the kitchen for dish drying. Also had issues with the tv remote in the common area turning the fireplace off and on, and we could never get to the news in the morning as the television up there refused to recognize the hdmi inputs - but again - not a deal breaker. Maybe have maintenance check on that, and leave or email some basic instructions for the multiple remotes and how they work, so we aren't all reprogramming the system.But all in all, this place is a great spot for that bigger group who's hitting up some great trails at the park, the alpine lifts in Gatlinburg, or the excitement of Dollywood. Can recommend! Frank is approachable and available, even over the holiday, although we had no issues. A lovely stay.

I almost didn't want to leave the cabin to explore Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg--the cabin was so cozy! I can't wait to book this next year for our anniversary!
