Good facilities.

Breakfast always short of supply. Better get refilled in time. No room cleaning over the weekend, nor towel supply until reached front desk. (traffic) Noise cancellation not good enough.

The room was pleasant. I appreciated the large ceilings. It was nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils.

The bathtub faucet was leaking. When we arrived, the drain was stopped, so I assume the staff was aware of the issue. We only stayed one night, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. The pet policy was not explained well on site we used to book our stay. When we arrived, the person at the front desk was a little rude and also did not explain the pet policy. I had to reasearch online to completely understand the policy.

Spacious bedroom, nice sitting area and good size kitchen. Lots of breakfast options. Nice gym and pool.

The music playing snf outside patio were really nice.

Ants Ants in just about every room we booked. We were a group of 35 people.

THE INCIDENTALS WERE IN REVERSE HERE. They were forcing a high floor room on me lying their wasn’t a bottom. After insisting due to my condition, one so magically happened to open up and of course were rude about it. That room was infested with ants crawling everywhere on the walls, bedside table and bed. (I’ve got the pictures)Requesting a change they gave me the next door one. After 3pm. Apparently that’s when housekeeping got one room done. Well all looked fine until I went to bed that night and pulled the sheets down to find questioning brown stains all over the sheet. Disgusting! No clean sheets! Bathroom vent didn’t work, sink made loud broken noises, shampoo dispensers empty, no ice machine, no control tv guide, soda machine didn’t work, breakfast yogurt was stale, people pulling bread out with their hands and putting them back in from changing their mind, dirty plates left on tables. Oh yea and heads up theirs a $150 extra charge fee for incidentals and parking is $15/night. Not mentioned till you check in! WORST PLACE I’ve stayed at. To the “manager”, learn how to be a manger and run a place, or go retake some lessons! You didn’t want to call me back and explain the $1000 for 2 nights charge, you and your workers hang up my calls or don’t pickup. I have the receipt! I didn’t steal or break a thing! If your going to reply on here to put on a responsible act than CALL ME! I know you won’t! It’s been weeks your not that busy pull your hands out of your pockets and pickup or actually do some work! KARMA, remember that.

We had an early flight and we got to the hotel early with 3 kids. we requested the Scott at front desk to accommodate the room earlier if possible. He said he will try so we sat in the common area. checkout time was 12 so I checked back around 1 and answer was still the same room not ready yet. it was so pathetic they did not even have coffee available or we asked one of the kitchen staff for a spoon for some food we had brought and she said they do not have any. So we checked back at 3 our checkin time and the room was still not available. Scott had no concern regarding us waiting and did not do a thing to help and I feel he should not be working in hospitality industry. I could see he was not going to do any thing. Really bad experience no sense of Coustmer service or care for the guests.

Did not recieve the room I reserved. I reserved a soundproofed room. My room window was in front of the 405 freeway. Not quiet. The hotel refused to accommodatee nor refund my $440.00. I ended renting a hotel down the street. I want my money back. False advertising.

The location is close to CSULB which was helpful for us, but also not very close to off site shopping/restaurants. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was well appointed and ready to use. Liked the cubes that served as coffee table or foot rests if needed (when the pullout wasn't open). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large. We brought our dog and she was happy on site (they even provided a magnet to put on the door frame to let housecleaning know she was there.

The breakfast was mid quality hotel food, but there was a large variety of it. Parking could get competitive.

Location was great. Close to freeways, shopping and restaurants

I reserved a king size bed, and our room had a small queen/full. The bathroom sink was very slow.

Beds were comfortable

The airport shuttle was on a break when our flight got in at 7:30 on a Friday. There was paint in the bathroom covering mold or something bulging out of the wall. You can hear the loud freeway right outside the window of the room.

The location was good

Had to pay for parking, which we did but know about before hand. The vanity light was not dimmable, yet there was a dimmable switch causing a really loud humming noise whenever it was on. All of the lights we different colors, some cool white others warm yellow. No cleaning service. The water pressure was terrible in the shower.
