everything was so clean, stylish and comfortable. Breakfast already in the room with milk, orange juice and yoghurt in fridge. coffee machine in lovely lounge next to bedroom.

Did not have any of the breakfast provided, preferred to eat hot food. Already knew how good location was, watched a video on YouTube. Room and bar hospitality very good. Tim was the host, very helpful.

We were not told that there was a shortcut to the rooms in the front bar. We kept walking through the full length of the pub and up the outside stairs at the back!!!

we had a really good stay, it was very easy to check in and a good location to stay for our trip to the zoo the following day! the room was very clean and modern, the duvets were very warm and they even put a litter heater in the room as well as a radiator. they also had tea/coffee area in the room as well as breakfast cereals, yogurt drinks and milk in the fridge which we weren’t expecting! they also put on a bed guard;not sure if this is always on or if it was added because we had a child staying but was very grateful to have the bed guard to prevent him falling. also didn’t here much noise from the pub below! overall it was really good and more than we expected!

Exceeded expectations, I knew the Red Lion pub already and always enjoy visiting, so it was great to be able to stay on the premises in clean comfortable rooms. Very peaceful despite staying over NYE. There’s a communal area with tea and coffee facilities so you don’t have to eat your cocoa pops sitting on the bed!

No downsides. The pub isn’t open all week so you’re kinda on your own if you need anything but that wasn’t the case.

the room was cold but we were told the next morning there was a thermostat so not an issue really but just stating here incase someone else finds that it’s cold and doesn’t know.
