الفندق في حد ذاته تحفة فنية. فكرة الغرف بأسماء و صفات المدن رائعة. المسؤولون عن الفندق غاية في الروعة في التعامل معنا و توفير كل ما نحتاج إليه. النظافة فوق الوصف أحسست أني في منزلي و منظر البحر من الغرفة روعة و الإفطار متنوع تلبي كل الأذواق و هذه فكرة رائعة سأعود إلى نفس الفندق إن شاء الله

Proximité avec la mer et les lieux touristiques, le personnel.

Coupure d’électricité en journée et la nuit, lit non confortable, propreté peut être améliorée.

It was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with a boutique element. I really enjoyed staying here and it’s in the heart of the old town, so it’s picturesque. Absolutely amazing place!

Taxi’s can’t come into the old town unless they pay a little extra. But that’s understandable to preserve the unique nature of the old town.

A localização do hotel é boa, considerando que a cidade é massiva, (fica na avenida em frente ao oceano). O pequeno almoço, apesar de ter de ser no quarto, foi bastante razoável.

A entrada do hotel não é nada intuitiva; (entra-se na rua ao lado, dentro de um prédio de habitação para aceder ao hotel); as comodidades são muito pequenas, (quarto pequeno com uma wc pouco confortável), assim como o lobby; não tem espaço para os hóspedes tomarem o pequeno almoço, logo, tem de ser feito no quarto e na cama, uma vez que este é pequeno. As almofadas são muito rijas e extremamente altas, fomos pedir uma alternativa, mas não tinham, tornando-se preferível dormir sem as ditas. A internet mal funciona.

كل شيء جميل الموقع والعاملون الرائعون الباسمون المتفانون لا أستثني أحدًا . المكان جميل مطل على البحر، وبعض الغرف مطلة فعليًا. الفطور لطيف وكافي لشخص واحد ، القهوة والشاي عند الطلب وبأسعار مقبولة، لكن أخصّ القهوة عندهم جميلة. مساحة الغرفة المفردة صغيرة، لكنها كافية لشخص واحد، في اليوم الثاني، وبعد التشيك آوت رجعت مرة أخرى وأخذت غرفة أخرى (الأندلسية) وهي أكبر مساحة ومطلة جزئيًا. الفندق في الطابق الأول من بناية سكنية. البناية بذاتها كبيرة ونظيفة ( بغض النظر عن المدخل الجانبي الترابي، وأرجو أن يتحسن مع انتهاء البناء المجاور)، والمصعد يكاد يكون دومًا متواجد، وفي ساعة تقنين الكهرباء، فإنك لن تصعد السلم إلا طابقًا واحدًا فحسب

الحمام في الغرفتين اللتين نزلت بهما يحتاج إلى صيانة. فالدوش يسرب الماء كالنافورة في كل الاتجاهات حتى تعفّن السقف. بصراحة لا ينبغي يُترك هكذا، فالفندق جميل ونظيف ومتكامل، وإهمال بسيط مثل هذا قد يسيء لجودة الفندق

it is not the same we have seen on booking and the information is not accurate about the view where as sea view , partial sea view or city view as well as the parking is free or chargeable.

Limited number of rooms only have sea view No early check In No exit from the garage except walking up the Ramp Very wired CCTV broken camera in the Bathroom(why it was there from the Start?) The check Out Recite contains only the accommodation and does not include the room service or the garage charges

Although we arrived late at night we had a warm welcome. In the morning the sweet Nancy was there to help us with everything, booking taxis, advising on places to go etc.. I strongly recommend Alexandria, even though it is out of the classic tourist tours of Egypt it is a place where you will find authenticity and the kindness of the Egyptians at its best. Breakfast in bed was also a big highlight in our stay!

The hotel had an amazing location, the room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful, and they gave me a good answer to my questions
