It is beautiful, huge, and fun! It is adult only. The honesty of bartender. One in our group left his credit card at Mega Bar and the bartender turned it over to security! Security verified it was his and mailed it to his home. Amazing!

They have a philosophy of treating walk in guests the same as guests staying on property. They overbooked the pool so we could not enjoy it on the weekends. They are also stingy with stupid stuff like towels and toilet paper in the room. If you want to provide a five star experience, it is about more than the furniture. You need to treat your guests like five stars too.

The corner room on the 23rd floor was spacious, well designed and comfortable. The valet parking was convenient , and the room rate was okay.

Loud music played late at night from the pool area carried all the way up to our room -- until at least 11:30pm. Every public space in the hotel -- including hallways outside of rooms -- featured cranked up volume with rock music playing everywhere. The bar was extremely noisy -- right next to casino -- which is probably why no one was sitting there.

Das Hotel an sich ist sensationell. Alles neu und top-modern. Herausragend hierbei ist natürlich der Pool. Dieser ist beheizt (heiß) und kann somit wirklich 365 Tage im Jahr benutzt werden. Das Casino und die Restaurants sind ebenfalls top ausgestattet und modern. Die Lage - direkt auf der Fremont Street ist perfekt. Wir waren an Halloween dort - ein wahnsinniges Erlebnis.

Das Personal war dem Standard teilweise nicht angemessen. Vor allem am Checkin und bei den Ausweiskontrollen am Eingang waren Mitarbeiter eingesetzt, welche genervt und lustlos reagiert haben. Viele andere Mitarbeiter waren wie aus den Staaten gewohnt super nett und hilfsbereit - leider eben nur nicht alle. Da unser Flug verschoben wurde, wollten wir eine Nacht verlängern. An der Rezeption wurde mir beim Checkin mitgeteilt, dass es nicht funktioniert. Auf meine Frage ob er mir nicht einfach ein Zimmer buchen kann antwortete der Herr am Checkin lediglich dass ich mich am Abreisetag nochmals erkundigen soll. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren Online noch Zimmer verfügbar, weshalb es für mich unverständlich ist, warum mir dies nicht angeboten wurde. Einen Tag vor der Abreise waren online dann alle Zimmer ausgebucht und dementsprechend mussten wir nochmals für eine Nacht das Hotel wechseln. Dadurch dass mir die Frage nicht beantwortet wurde, ob ich bei der Buchung eines Zimmers für die zusätzliche Nacht organisiert werden kann, dass wir nicht auschecken müssen um 4 Stunden in ein anderes Zimmer einzuchecken, haben wir uns eine nahegelegene Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht. Auch dass Hotelgäste eine reduzierte Parkgebühr erhalten wenn diese auf das Zimmer gebucht wird, habe ich Online selbst durch Zufall herausgefunden und wurde mir beim Checkin trotz Hinweis auf das Parken in der „Garage Mahal“ nicht mitgeteilt. Alles in allem leider ein etwas negativer Beigeschmack zur sonst sensationellen Unterkunft.

Constant loud music playing in the casino. The dancing dealers on Friday night seemed a bit out of date. I didn’t see any dancing male dealers. Really shouldn’t be objectifying women that way.

Fabulous hotel on Fremont Street, large spacious room overlooking Stadium Swim. We’re locals and after a couple of attempts to get us to pay for an upgraded room, which we declined, the front desk agent upgraded our room for free. My favorite property on Fremont!

Although the room looked over Stadium Swim (which was an incredible view), be prepared for music from the pool to wake you up at 730am. Parking should be waived for NV residents, and at least discounted for hotel guests.

Die Zimmer sind toll, alles sauber, Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

Es ist alles sehr, sehr laut. Im Hotel läuft in jedem Winkel Musik (ist eben Las Vegas). Die Restaurant im Haus sind teuer. Wir waren in der Umgebung frühstücken. Die Entfernung zu den anderen Hotels wie das Belagio beträgt ca. 18 Min. mit dem Auto.

Nice rooms, spacious and modern, valet parking was easy

No room facilities, can’t make coffee or tea, no alcoholic drinks on room service, only options were super pricey soft drinks and sandwiches. First room we were given was pool view (despite request for non pool view) it was dirty and had rubbish and laundry still in it so got switched to the other side fortunately. The casino floor was a bit seedy with girls dancing on the tables which we didn’t expect.
