ZERO complaints about anything. The house was immaculate and just as advertised. It was extremely comfortable and inviting. It met all of our needs. Check-in is a easy process and the owner is very clear about departure instructions. The location is in a very quiet area with beach access and parking about 2 1/2 blocks away. My family loved it and we would definitely return for another stay.

Our stay at the property was great! The house was immaculate and well stocked. Having everything we needed for the beach was fantastic. When we did have an issue with one of the door locks David was at the property within minutes to remedy the problem. We loved being a short walk away from the beach and being in an area that wasn’t so crowded. We utilized Carrousel market for groceries/necessities-they had everything we needed, but you aren’t far from Walmart:Target if you prefer. We would definitely rent here again!

The house in general very clean, well equipped, really nothing was missing to spend a few days of relaxation

This property is one of the cleanest and best stocked homes we've stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the house layout was great for our 5 kids. The property manager is super responsive and was very helpful when our access code didn't work. They are pretty rigid on the rules but the home is in such great shape it makes sense why. The location is great for access to the beach but you'll need to drive to bars and restaurants. Overall would definitely book again, incredible value!

The house was way prettier in person than in the pictures! Location to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Pier Park could not have been better. One great thing about this property was the outdoor area and beautiful Kitchen. Our family will be returning.

When I booked this property most of the areas we were originally planning to stay were all booked up. I'm SO glad because this house and location were awesome. The beach is a couple of blocks away and compared to most beaches in the area was not crowded. When we went they had everything you needed for the beach including towels, tons of umbrellas and beach chairs, toys for the sand, a cart and a cooler. The house was really clean and the AC worked great. The shower pressure in the main bathroom might be the best I've ever felt. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware you would have in your own home which was great! There are two grocery stores 4 minutes away. Restaurants aren't really in walking distance which is worth noting if that's important to you. We cooked a lot or made day trips to visit the different cities and towns nearby so it didn't bother us. The shades in the rooms didn't block light so we were awake by 6:30am everyday. It was fine for us because we had an infant and were up anyways but it might bother some people. We had brought a blackout tent for our daughter's packnplay which helped because it was still really bright in the room in the evening. We had a small need during our stay and the property manager was really prompt to stop by and help us out. The only thing that I wish was different was that they only provided one trash bag and a really small amount of cleaning spray or dishwasher pods. To be fair the listing said that and it was clear in the welcome letter but it felt silly to buy an entire thing of trash bags when we only used one more and a whole bottle of cleaning spray.

This house was perfect for our needs for a family beach vacation with two kids. It was an easy walk through a safe neighborhood to get to the beach, and was the cleanest house we've ever rented. The private outdoor shower was super convenient to rinse off before entering the house at the end of the day. There are lots of beach toys available and beach towels, which was nice to not have to bring with us. There are two coolers - a large one on wheels and a smaller one. The wagon, which is suitable for pulling over sand, made it so easy to lug all of our paraphernalia to the beach each day. Thanks for a great place to stay!
