We loved every minute of this place couldn’t have had a better way of celebrating my 40th birthday in Moxy miami south Beach !!!!!

Great location, 5 min from the beach, plenty of restaurants and stores around. Very close to Art Deco district. Hotel is clean and new, has great pool and nice design.

Rooms are rather small, no place to swing a cat:-) My booking said that total amount is X, maybe that naive but Im European and thought that it is the amount Im gonna pay. Unfortunatly my final bill had additional positions such as resort fee etc.

I love the location, This is my 2nd time, staying at the Moxy South Beach, very beautiful and elegant. I travel to all Moxy Hotels,over the world. South Beach was one my favorites, but this 2nd time around, I felt different. SOFIA WAS SO AWESOME AND SWEET! (CHECK IN) NICOLE AS WELL!!! AWESOME SPIRIT!!!

The staff in TIENDITA CAFÉ messed up our orders multiple times. The gentleman was a bit rude. The young lady, who worked at fixing it, was great about it. Her attitude was calm and understanding. The gentlemen went to grab spoons and never bought it to me, I wasted ten dollars on yogurt.

Overall hotel is good, it is on great location.

They overcharged me after I left the hotel, tried to reach them but have not received any feedback.

Rooms are very small and we were right outside the restaurant, it was noisy

My sisters room was broken into when we went out to lunch! Hotel offered nothing. Police called.

On arrival the lady offered us an early check in which was great until we realised it was near to the banging main doors to the loft that kept us a wake all night. Next morning I asked for another room which they give straight away which was good and so much quieter. Rooms were small so not ideal for us as we had travelled to other locations so lots of luggage and no where to put it. Found unhelpful at the 2nd floor bar. Looked at me like I shouldn’t be there with a 13 year old teenager. They hid us around the back and I was told they had no server there and I needed to go to the bar myself. Positives. Pool was lovely and a great location very close to south beach and ocean drive. Great place for young couples friends to stay but not cheap

everything was perfect I wasn’t really big on the food but the hotel and accommodations were excellent

Hotel felt clean. There was a nice rooftop bar that guests have access to.

Room was extremely small. There was no closet or room for personal belongings. Extremely loud music, people in hallways late at night, and flashing lights in room at night.

Like the location, comfort and cleanliness of room, also rooftop and lobby bar. Will stay again and again.

The rooms are quite small, but they are fine when you really only need them for sleeping. They are quite comfy and the bathroom/shower is great.

The dinner at Serena was awesome!

check in was very disappointing. we felt that we had inconvenienced the staff at check in. we had to ask where to find our room. staff training is a must!

The pool was nice, it was great that they came around with free ice cream. The distance to the beach was good too (didn’t like that it was $20 for an umbrella). Emily at the 2nd floor pool was very sweet. Phillipo and Rafael at the bar were AMAZING!! The hotel gives you tokens for free Prosecco upon checking which is thoughtful. The shower in the room was really nice.

I knew based off reviews I read that the rooms would be small, but they were way smaller than expected, it was claustrophobic. I have bruises from bumping into the furniture. I’d only stay here again if I was traveling by myself and even then I’m not so sure because of the cost per night. The front desk service was a little slow, but they were friendly which made up for it. The grab n go cafe in the lobby was way overpriced… $9 for a plain small iced coffee? And that was the only food option until 12pm, so the breakfast options very very limited.
