Had a great trip, location is awesome. Easy walk to wailea beach and local shopping. Condo is beautiful and worked well for our family

This villa was well worth it. we found the beach across the street was among the best ones we found our entire stay time on the island. I loved that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach towels. these added amenities make for a perfect worry free stay while you are in Maui, check in process is a breeze and the property management is very communicative and respond to any questions or concerns quickly. my only criticism is about the beach chairs and equipment; it is nice that these are included but we found that many of there chairs and wagon were worn out. they still did the trick but could defiantly stand to be replaced.

Ac struggles to keep up and home is humid. Property manager sent out maintenance and nothing was resolved.

This is a beautiful home! 1 min walk to the nice pool. Pool has a nice shallow pebble area for toddlers and a swim through waterfall at the pool. Walk or drive to many beaches. Easy parking for the public beaches. Home is updated and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful house in a wonderful gated community across the street from the Grand Wailea. The house was huge with everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous pool the whole family loved.

The property itself is amazing. The area along with the pool was perfect for our family and friends. However, on the first day upon arrival we noticed that the air conditioning unit was struggling to keep up. On both ac unit controllers there are instructions to please keep the ac set at 73 degrees. Being respectful to the property owner/management for the first day we did so thinking that it would take some time to cool the property. After day three of the property not cooling below 80 and having a high humidity level a phone call was placed to the management company. This call was placed on Wednesday July 26. Our party arrived on July 24 and consisted of elderly adults along with adults with preexisting medical issues. The management company was helpful made no promises that the issue would be fixed. It was not until Friday, July 28 that an HVAC technician responded to the property. The technician was awesome/helpful. But with that being said I was not able to leave the property along with all of our valuables alone, so it was necessary to stay there the entire time the HVAC crew was at the property. The final diagnosis: all ac filters were clogged and needed changing. The outside condenser was filthy and need flushing. The unit itself had a Freon leak which meant there was no Freon to cool the unit. With that being said I don’t understand how the unit could be advertised as “Central Air Conditioning” without knowing the unit did not work and could not cool.

The house was beautiful and the pool was great. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We had a few problems with bugs in the house, which freaked me out but the management team helped with the problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei. The beach was an easy walk for everyone and the layout of the home was perfect for our group. Thank you!

Beautiful, well equipped condo short walk from the pool. We stayed here with the grandparents and our two young kids over thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family of 7. Good amount of pots, pans, utensils, etc. for cooking. There was no salt, pepper, cooking oil, or anything like that in the kitchen. But the laundry soap and bath shampoo and other things were great! Each room had great sized TVs. The property was well maintained and cleaned. The pool was amazing for the little kids. We loved eating meals out on the lanai. Great property. Glad we could stay!

Eight of us from ages 52 to 82 stayed in this very nice condo for a week. This place is as pictured and is quite roomy. It has an elevator which came in quite handy for our two older girls. The one terrible thing about this place is that the humidity inside is really bad -about 73%. The beds, couch, towels and everything else made of cloth all felt wet. We turned the a/c to 73 to try and dry the place up but that did not work. There was also not enough room in the tv area to accommodate more than 5 people and we would've liked to have been able to seat 3 more. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and you might need to go there when it is windy. The condo is close enough to the beach if you are able to walk however, we were unable to use Wailea beach much because of the wind. The ocean was very rough because of it. We ended up having to travel up north to find beaches we could actually visit where the water was calm. IDK when the winds change. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of choices when it comes to dining and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay there again once they take care of the humidity issue.

We stayed here with our entire family (3 kids, grandparents) and it was perfect. Great location, close to pool, we’ll stocked. A few minor issues with the garage and water dispenser which maintenance took care of right away. Only improvements I would suggest: comforters for the guest room vs coverlets, 2nd master lights very dim (no ceiling lights).

Fantastic condo. Spacious and clean. The lanai was fabulous and it was a very easy walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Great house. Great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can always tell the quality of the host by the quality of TP they provide and these guys provided the high quality stuff 😂. Everyone in our group loved the house and the host was responsive and tended to our needs when we needed assistance. Thank you.

Beautiful place, as advertised. Great vacation for 6 adults. Plenty of space and all of the amenities. Having beach towels, umbrellas and chairs was super convenient. Pool area beautiful and gym area well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a Maui Vacation! We had great restaurants and shopping within walking distance and had an easy access to the island. If you can't open table reservations it was ok. We were able to get into most places with less than 45 min wait. Just call or walk up.

This place was amazing. It was only the hubby, myself and two adult daughters, so needless to say - plenty of room. Another family of four could have stayed with us. Everything you need is here and a very short walk to the beach 🏖 just beautiful

Awesome place. Comfortable beds, which is always nice. Close to pool, which is great if you have young kids. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately by the property manager. Would stay here again.

The area is beautiful and the location close to the pool was ideal. There was some road traffic noise we could hear if we sat on the lanai. There was a glitch with the keys not opening the front door but we were able to access the condo using the garage. The property management quickly fixed the key problem and a couple other minor issues (coffee maker & ice maker). Overall an enjoyable time in Wailea.

The Ho’olei 12-2 was a perfect property for our family vacation. Our adult children each had their own rooms with en-suites. The common great room expanded onto the lanai with wall to wall doors. The unit has the best location on the property with short walks to the pool, beach and shops.

We had a great time at this property, it's a beautiful home and a beautiful area. The manager was extremely helpful and very accomodating with our needs with small children. We had everything we needed in the house and for playing at the beach and the beautiful pool.

Renting this unit was fairly easy, responsive staff. On arrival , we all put on our socks. Found out that floor was not cleaned very well. Ask for service which came quickly. Was a little disappointed with the “ gourmet “ kitchen. Not supplied very well. All 3 men in our party are experienced cooks. One owns a restaurant! Knifes and pots and pans need a upgrade or additional equipment. We planned to cook some family favorites because local restaurants were hard to get into. Location was wonderful, bedrooms plenty large and roomy. Pool area was beautiful, kids loved it and beach was easy to get to. Golf courses were premium.
