Avec ses activités proposées sur place (kayak, entre autres), cette cabane très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Grâce à la présence d'un parking sur place, vous pourrez décider d'y laisser votre voiture et de marcher les cinq minutes qui vous séparent de Lewis Smith Lake ou reprendre votre véhicule pour le trajet de 36 minutes jusqu'à Parc de Smith Lake.
Une terrasse privée, un brasero où se détendre autour d'un verre ou encore des barbecues, cette cabane de 116 m² vous réserve un accueil inoubliable pour des vacances placées sous le signe du bien-être. We stayed 5 nights in June 2024. Beautiful peaceful property. Grandkids swam, fished, kayaked and saw all kinds of critters. They loved it. Quiet area to just relax. We will return. It’s at the top of all the places ive ever stayed.

If you want to get away from it all- come here! The front porch view of the lake was a quiet spiritual place watching the sun rise every morning. We had a wonderful week of relaxing. We didn't want to leave!

It was my father and I’s first time at smith lake and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. David was very quickly with communication and incredibly helpful if we had any questions. Can’t recommend it enough!

The house was perfect! Very quiet area on beautiful Smith Lake. Super easy walk from house to lake. Very nice dock for soaking up some sun. Amazing porch for sitting and enjoying the view. Looking forward to booking this place again!

The house is amazing. That porch! We enjoyed kayaking and camping fun times but then were able to retire to a really nice house (far beyond a cabin). We were able to reset and it was much needed. Thanks!

Went to this Lakehouse the week after Labor Day weekend and we believe this may be why it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. It was our first time to Smith Lake and it's a beautiful place. The house itself is great, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. We also rented a pontoon boat from a place David recommended and they bring it directly to the dock at the house. Overall, wonderful relaxing stay.

Beautiful home situated in Crane Hill, Al. New construction, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We are grateful to the hosts who have most anything you could ask for. Take your essentials, as there’s no grocery near by, only a Dollar General, but it has most everything. If bringing a boat I’d recommend using a public launch at one of the two closest marinas. Arrowhead (the closest) did not have deep water due to the water being dropped, thus we used Rock Creek marina-further away, but very nice owner. Not a fancy marina or launch, but it gets the job done. Road to house is gravel & narrow with some hills so be prepared if towing a trailer. Recommend leaving your trailer at marina-house driveway is at an incline. Again, beautiful home, the most lovely hosts and gorgeous location on the lake…and excellent neighbors! Thankful to have enjoyed a lovely holiday with family.

Stayed here while attending Rock the South. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake. The cabin was absolutely amazing. Would stay here again when we are back in the area!

We had the perfect family getaway. The dock area is just right for swimming and relaxing. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and unwinding in the evenings. If you bring a boat, don’t take it to the house. Go straight to Arrowhead RV park which has a boat ramp. We parked our trailer there for $10 a day because getting the trailer to the property was impossible. We hope to stay again!

Anniversary
We enjoyed the cabin. It’s quiet and the view is awesome! We had some problems with the hot water heater but David was very helpful and did everything he could to make it right. It’s our second time staying here and will absolutely stay again.

Very Nice Cabin and Stay
Blue Luna was a very nice cabin, and we enjoyed our stay! The location was a bit tricky to get to pulling a boat as it is down a long narrow gravel road. Not too bad once we got the hang of it. The hosts were great and everything was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect
Owners are amazing. Great communicators. No issues at all. This is our 3rd time staying at this rental and we will continue to use it as our go to place to stay. Always clean, kitchen has plenty of extras, quiet, the porch is amazing. We love it here.

This was the perfect weekend getaway with friends. Loved everything about the cabin and the location. I only wish it had been in warmer weather so we could've enjoyed the lake. Would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

Peaceful getaway
This property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was so cozy, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook plus there were several extra pantry items (sugar, spices, etc.). The outside amenities were wonderful, the dock, fire pit, and the incredible back porch. We would have been content to hang around the property the whole time but we ventured out to Bankhead National Forest and had some beautiful hikes.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean and stocked with most everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit at night. The porch was nice to sit on and visit. The road into the cabin was very narrow and steep, but we made it fine. We would go back again!

Relaxing done right!
We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. Fast internet allowed for streaming of all the college football games. The porch saw a lot of us sitting and watching the lake and it's inhabitants. The boat dock was a personal favorite for hanging out. A great cabin out away from the hustle of town! Highly recommended!

Week at the Lake
Was looking for some place on the water close to home, remote, and quiet. This spot was perfect! The first thing we noticed was the silence other than birds, wind, and a rare passing of a boat. So remote that our cell phones didn't work. Just what the doctor ordered! Cabin was clean and cozy. LOVED kayaking and swimming, but the porch overlooking the water was our go to spot for eating, reading, and watching the birds and squirrels.

You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful inside and out! Has everything you need from pots and pans to spices etc. lake just out the back is amazing! The hosts excelled in prompt and cordial communication through out our booking and stay. Mother Nature decided to bring LOTS of rain, but we were not disappointed. We still enjoyed the lake views on the covered back porch and enjoyed the rest, relaxation and conversations with our two grown sons. Amazing experience! Perfect start to marriage
We went to Blue Luna for a “mini-moon” after getting married at Smith Lake and couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our marriage. The hosts were fantastic from booking to checkout, including some extra nice touches like a bottle of wine and decorations when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is so clean and new, and thoughtfully laid out/furnished. It had everything we needed and we appreciated all the amenities, like the kayaks, dishwasher, w/d, etc. It was just perfect for the peace & quiet we were looking for and the lake is so beautiful. We would absolutely stay again. FYI, the gravel county road to the property has a few short steep sections.

Clean, convenient to lake with lots of nice amenities including dishwasher, washer and dryer. The 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were great. Very tastefully decorated. Definitely recommend it.
