Great property! Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Plenty of storage space in each room. Nice touch with reed diffusers. We have stayed in some properties that have an overwhelming smell from previous tenants, like food smells. This was a pleasant surprise! Only downside we found was that the propane tank on grill had no propane left, but again very small issue. 2 fridges made for plenty of room for all that stayed! Great stay right on the beach! We will keep this in our memory for a future stay.

The house is in an awesome location. Within a few miles of several awesome golf courses we could play in the morning. Then being able to walk a hundred yards to the ocean is incredible. The view was amazing and you can see all up and down the coast.

We came down for a work trip with 3 families and 3 college aged co workers. The house was a great fit for all ages infant and up!

We had a great time with our large group of 15. Plenty of room to spread out although a little tight in the single living area for us all so we made use of the large deck quite often for meals and hanging out. The easy beach access was amazing and just far enough from the public access point that we didn’t have to fight hard for a spot each day. The outdoor space on the first level seems like a missed opportunity for an additional hangout area but without fans, a central activity (ping pong, darts, something), and a TV that remained covered the room went largely unused. Each of the bedrooms were great with the exception of the single bunk room that needs new mattresses. We had two young adults in there and they claimed it was like sleeping on cardboard. However, the large bunk room was awesome. having two laundry areas was a great bonus for a large group as well. Not impactful to our stay and a bit nitpicking we noticed the back of the house was looking a bit rough and weathered. Overall, we would return based on location alone.

This house was everything we needed for our family. The proximity of the house was so convenient. A VERY short walk to the beach. The amenities were above and beyond.

The house plan was perfect for our family of 22 with plenty of parking for everyone. We loved having the private beach so close, and the Gulf views from inside were great, especially from our master bedroom and bath. I highly recommend booking this property.

We had an amazing time! Easy Day was an amazing property, very clean, well maintained, and well equipped with games, books, and kitchen supplies. Our only area of feedback is the sand area right off the porch. There was still recreation left overs from the pervious guest.

Overall we loved this property. The air on 3rd floor went out, and was so hot! It was eventually fixed. Beach access and location was PERFECT! Loved all the roominess too! Would stay again!

I stayed here with 8 other women in our 40s. We really loved the house with all of it's bedrooms and bathrooms. That was necessary for all of us to get ready. The room that has the single bunch beds was a disappointment. The bunks are really short. I'm 5'9" and I could only fit in there if I laid at a diagonal. And the mattresses for those bunk were not real mattresses, they were much thinner. If you are planning to stay here that room would only work for kids. The rest of the rooms were great. The kitchen was stocked with tons of pots and pans, everything you could need. There were also lots of plates, glasses, and silverware. There are not spices, baggies, tin foil or anything like that. So make sure to bring those items. The beach is fantastic! We went on long walks along it every day. The sand is nice and clean. Swimming was a little challenging. A couple of us went out and there is a strong current. The house does have an outdoor shower so you can rinse the sand off before you come in the house. Also bring your own beach towels too. The location is nice. We aren't too far from the main strip with all the restaurants and shops. So that made it easy to run somewhere to go out to eat. But the nice part is that the beach was not crowded down by the house so you had lots of space. The property management company was also great to work with. They contacted me every day or two to see how we were doing.

Beautiful home and incredible location.

This is run by a property management group. We met tons of family on the beach for the holiday. The location was absolutely amazing with a great beach view from the balconies and walk out to the water whenever we wanted. However there were quite a few things broken in the house that we listed for them upon check out. There was only a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom and other essential items only had one of and then you had to purchase the rest for yourself which we didn’t find out until we got the check in letter and some were flying in. Very difficult to bring a lot of their suggested items. The cleaning crew did not do a good job and they offered to have them return, but we wanted to enjoy our time and not be interrupted by a cleaning crew so we cleaned up the floors, counters, sheets and other things ourselves. There were no spices, containers, bags, tinfoil or Saran Wrap . There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy themselves. The location is the absolute best part of this property. It couldn’t be more convenient for the beach.

The room with 6 bunk beds was a game changer! It was a perfect experience and was incredibly happy with how things went.

The house was cozy yet large enough for all of us to be comfortable. My granddaughters and I especially loved the master bathtub . . . great for bubble baths! We had a small plumbing issue but the maintenance personnel were prompt and polite and resolve the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend Easy Day to a large group.

House was wonderful. The children loved the bunk bed room! If we had questions they were answered promptly! Loved!

Excellent home and the best experience we have had in a home rental on the beach. This was our 40 plus GS trip so it speaks volumes that this was our favorite.
