We didn’t get to stay there because you guys messed up our Booking.com reservation then guy at front desk blamed it on booking and sent us out without our confirmed room. Never trust Hilton again, and we travel a lot.

The beds were horrible, the breakfast was subpar, there was no hand soap..asked for clean towels ..didn't get any until at night, gave me the wrong room, and the list goes on..Charged me 3 times what they should have and my husband is a hilton honors member and has been for years!

there was a dirty towel on the floor in our room when we checked in. we moved it to the hallway and informed the front desk. they did not seem to care and never came to take away the dirty towel

Breakfast was very nice. Beautifully presented and kept up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping. Plenty of parking.

Location was easily accessible from freeway. Extra games and pool table in the lobby was PHENOMENAL! Loved that mom and dad could grab a beer from the lobby. Pool and hot tub were AWESOME whole family loved them.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was very firm and stiff. Both my husband and I agreed some kind of pillow top needs to be added. Only dislike we had.

I loved how modern it was and the pool table and common areas were awesome!

there wasn’t a microwave in the room and we were on the fourth floor so we had to go down and use the one downstairs.

Pool, exercise facility, a water bottle filling station, a pool table and games in the lobby, multiple areas to plug in a laptop or phone in the lobby, nice decor, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff.

In order to watch any non network television, you had to have your own account and sign in on the TV. I'd like more board game options.

It's super clean, fun design & super helpful staff. Loved the free hot cocoa bar.

The entrance/exit to the parking lot is in an odd location & there is only 1.

Would have rated our stay a 2 due to cleanliness.The sheets and blanket had what appeared to be urine stains on sheets and blanket& Trash can had trash inside when I arrived. When asked for new sheets we only received 1 blanket no sheets checked out first night and stayed at Max at Mirabeau instead.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all friendly and sympathetic to the problem of heating/cooling our room, but could not do anything about it.

The thermostat automatically cycled through heating and cooling the room. With the thermostat set at 70, the temperature varied from 66 to 74. The first night was very difficult to sleep with the fan running constantly. The desk clerk agreed with the problem, but there was no maintenance available. We were offered another room, but decided to manually turn off the heating/cooling when the temperature was at 70, then manually turn it on and set it at 68 when the temperature dropped to 68 (at 2 AM). This worked better than having to move all our stuff to another room.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for, the bed was amazing! & had a very good selection for breakfast. Also very clean.
