The check-in was quick. Ella was a delight. The room was just right and we made use of the pool and breakfast buffet. I also love being only a couple doors down from Vaqueros!!

One night, people above us were loud. 6:30-8:30 am a kid ran back and forth. Texted office. They talked to them eventually, but it took some time and our rest was interrupted.

We booked a room for 5 but when we arrived there was only 2 queen beds. The hotel made us pay $25.00 extra for a uncomfortable cot. We were not impressed.

Check in was with a super friendly girl 10/10 with her. Rest of the staff were just average not overly friendly. Web site description is unclear, when I put the filters in for a family of five it gave me the room with occupancy of 5 but did not explain that you would have to pay 25.00 per night for a rollaway bed in order to have 5 in the room. Keep that in mind when booking. Very sneaky.

I had business in Liberty Lake. This is the most convenient hotel to the business site. Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. Hotel was quiet. I was given a handicapped room that I don't think had been serviced lately. Little touches were missing. Otherwise it's what I expect for the price.

Friendly service and I really appreciated that the crib I requested was already set up in the room when I arrived. When you're a brain dead parent after a long day on the road that is a welcome sight. The only thing that really would have helped more is faster EV chargers. It's great that they have them and they're free but 6.5kW is dreadfully slow for modern cars with 100+ kWh batteries.

Bed was very comfortable and room was nice. Keys didn’t work the first time and the pool was closed until later in the evening so we couldn’t use it. No restaurants within walking distance.

We arrived late around 11.15pm so we were all tired and had to wait ages for service as customers in front were having issues. No other staff to help.

Friendly staff quite rooms

We had a medical emergency the morning of the day of our reservation and had to head straight home after going to urgent care. I stopped at the hotel to explain why we would not be able to stay. The clerk said she could not cancel our reservation; it had to be done through Expedia. As soon as we got home 4 hours later, I tried to cancel through Expedia but could not because we were past our deadline. I called the hotel directly and explained the situation again. They said they would cancel our reservation but we would still be charged the full cost of the room. (A medical emergency was obviously not their concern.) I understand they were within their rights to charge for us for the room but I would have expected a little grace under the circumstances. We had no desire to cut our trip short and were very discouraged with having to do so. A little understanding from the hotel would have helped ease a difficult day. We go to Spokane frequently and I believe we will use a different hotel in the future.

Staff is very pleasant. They get you checked in pretty quick and never an issue.

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice
