It was quiet and had all the facilities I needed. It was good that it had good restaurant.
The room was too hot.

Lovely staff
Massive spider web in room and bathroom very noisy person in room upstairs so didn’t sleep well .

The bathroom was modern and good shower.
The noise was dreadful! The quality of the beds, pillows and linens all poor - worst nights sleep I’ve had in such a long time. No staff on property for assistance. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Staff were rude and inappropriate - arguing in corridors and made comments that weren’t appropriate.

Location
Really strong smell of sewage coming from the toilet and the plug holes.
The staff did try to help with bleach and running the water but it didn’t help at all.
No available rooms to switch to which isn’t their fault but I had to leave after two nights because I couldn’t bare the smell.
Also there was a leak in the lobby with no wet floor signs or anything.

Great location. Everyone was ready helpful and friendly.
The stairs were a challenge for my elderly mother (no lift) however, we should’ve requested a ground floor room for her!

Also a nice curry house downstairs..
I'm being fussy here but shower could of been a little cleaner around the edges of the tray..

Rooms and bathrooms are nice. Food in restaurant is lovely. Apparently breakfast wasn’t as good unfortunately
Staff could do with being a bit friendlier, as were quite short and blunt on couple occasions.

Staff greeting on arrival was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Shower was great! I had no hairdryer in the room but i asked for it and it was provided straight away. Apart from that I'll highly recommend this place and will most certainly stay there again.

The shower was powerful. Kettle etc was well stocked in room.
very dirty! The walls were filthy, our bedding was stained/ dirty. Our parents room stunk of bleach. There was cobwebs hanging from the sealing, the bed was rock hard, our pillows had stains on. The whole place looked run down and dirty. The breakfast was not nice either.

I paid for one service I didn't get.
I ask if I can check in early 7.00am,and check out late 7.00pm,propriety accept to accommodate, they take the money for my booking, but forget to give my the service I paid for,that way I not even check in anymore, even if I paid 177£.

The room was clean. The staff who greeted me was friendly.
There was no food available for dinner or breakfast. I had to wait for someone to turn up to checkout in the morning and he had obviously just got out of bed and wasn't very happy about it, not the same person who checked me in.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed staying there and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the curry next door. Absolutely brilliant.
