I GAVE THIS HOME 5 STARS BECAUSE IT IS AN AWESOME HOUSE WITH VIEWS THAT ARE EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. THE KITCHEN IS AMAZING WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IS NICE & LARGE. THERE ARE SO MANY GAMES FOR THE ADULTS & KIDS. IT IS REALLY A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND WE WOULD RENT AGAIN. THE ONLY THING IS YOU ARE PAYING A HEFTY CLEANING FEE AND THE FURNITURE HAS NOT BEEN DUSTED IN AWHILE.I ALSO REACHED OUT TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING A COUPLE THINGS AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME HOWEVER NOBODY EVER DID.

Great location with amazing ocean views from each level. Perfect for the 9 adults in our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice new appliances that worked well. Well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to fix meals. Short walk to the beach. Private hot tub. I highly recommend this home for a large family!

Has a hot tub that was unusable, the lid was off when we got there, ton of sand and low water level. The pinball and paceman games were fun. The ground floor sleeps 7 people but the bathroom is through the bedroom for everyone.!Tons of stairs, kitchen needs to be better equipped no cleaning solution few eating Ute nails and big spoons. The deck is stone so it is slippery when wet, figured it was dry because it’s covered fell and bruised my tailbone.

We have stayed in Lincoln City for over 15 years and each year we rent a different house. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the large kitchen/living room combo was great for playing games and hanging out together. I would definitely stay her again.

Absolutely loved this place. Great location, incredible kitchen, bedroom situations are ideal, having a fenced backyard for the dog was awesome - I could go on and on. We will definitely be back!

My husband didn’t let the heated toilet seats. He said they were too warm.

House is in a great location. Short walk to the casino. House is very clean and has tons of games (video) to keep the family (kids) busy. Hot tub felt amazing. Ocean view is great. I would rent again.

There was plenty of room for our family and pets, this place comes well stocked and has plenty of entertainment for the kiddos! We will be returning next fall!

This was the perfect house! Kitchen is large, and well stocked. We cooked every meal! With 4 king rooms, all with bathrooms, everyone had their space when needed. The common areas were so comfortable, and had such beautiful views! One thing that I didn’t realize is the bunk room is attached to one of the king Suites. You have to go through the bunk room to get to the bedroom. It worked perfect for us, as we had parent/children in those rooms!

Love the house . Lots of stuff to do for the whole family and friends, plus plenty of different rooms to accommodate it all .

The house is gorgeous with so much space. Great for groups big and small. The view from the top balcony is stunning. Beach access is only a block away and the house is close to everything!

We loved this house! The kitchen is a great size to have 2-3 people in it preparing a meal with plenty of space, which is a big plus when you have people that love to cook. We made use of the dining room and liked that you could eat and enjoy the view. The layout is really nice with plenty of space to wander off and get some quiet time. It was stormy the entire time we were there, so we were happy to watch the waves crash from the comfort of the living rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone said they were much more so than other rentals we have been. All in all, it was a great weekend, and we will be booking again in the spring.

Great week spent at Coastcade! Perfect for our multigenerational 3 family group. Plenty of room to be together or apart as needed. Internet was impressive and held up to 3 kids zooming for virtual school and 2 TVs streaming simultaneously without issue! Biggest hit FOR SURE were all the arcade games! Kept the kids busy and playing together all week… if we weren’t on the beach, they were playing pinball, foosball or sitting at the counter playing a game on the video poker machine - there was even a number matching game our kindergartener enjoyed. Home was clean, beds were comfy, furniture was actually pretty great for a vacation rental - especially a pet friendly, family house. Honestly, the only cons are lots of stairs and the steep driveway. Will definitely be back!

Coastcade was hands down the best place to stay in Lincoln City. With the beach, restaurants and casino, right around the corner, there was no need to drive. The home was perfect for our work retreat, and fit everyone comfortably, with room to spread out between levels. The ocean views were perfect for a relaxing morning coffee, and the kitchen was open & spacious, making group meals a breeze. There is no lack of entertainment here with the arcade downstairs, and a four person Packman table to play!!! Our only regret was not staying longer at Coastcade.

This house was amazing for our family, close enough to see the ocean and a short walk to the ocean..5 bedrooms and 5 bath... Huge dining room table we can all have a sit down meal at... every family's dream! Everything one needs is in this home and MUCH more... we will be back again !!!

Celebrating a 50 year anniversary, two years late. It was worth the wait. House was perfect for our family’s needs.

People have to remember that vacation homes go through an astronomical rotation of rental customers which attribute to a plethora of perpetual maintenance problems. I have rented many, many vacation homes throughout Lincoln city for the past 30 years and this Home is Next Level. First off you get 5 parking spots which is almost non-existent. Bathrooms have Bidets to help clean your bum. Almost every amenity you can think of to include, hot tub, pin ball, mega touch game machine, multi-player pac-man, and board games to appease all ages. High end cooking and washing appliance’s. Plenty of space for refrigerated food and upstairs wet bar fridge for beers and spirits. Mesmerizing views of Beach and Ocean. All I can say is I had plenty of room for 12 family members from 5 different locations who were all accommodated with luxury and class. Thanks 🙏 V/r David Newhardt Renton Washinton

The house was very clean and had lots to do for the kiddos in my party with all the games, pinball and board games. It is a beautiful home with a great view. Close to everything as well.

Great property beautiful home. Could have used more kitchen towels, steps vacuumed, dishwasher silverware rack needs replaced and backyard could have been weeded and dead plant palms cleaned up. Bed on the main floor is soon in need of a mattress. Everything else was great and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

The house is great and spacious and you can have privacy while being together with a group of friends, cook and watch the sunsets together.

The layout was perfect for our family of 14 ranging in age from 3-69. All the indoor and outdoor gathering areas and the hot tub were enjoyed throughout our stay. The outdoor shower was a bonus and helpful in keeping most of the sand outside. We could have used a couple of hide-a-beds in the upstairs area instead of just the couches. Our 2 teenagers had to sleep on the couches, where as beds are always preferred. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was too soft to sleep on. Maybe too many children jumping on the bed during previous stays. The parents had to sleep with their children in the bunk beds in the room adjacent. Hot pads in the kitchen would be nice and more dishwasher pods, we ran out. There was no propane for the outdoor grill and no way to light it as the automatic lighter was broken and no matches or lighter on the premises. The dining table and kitchen counters needed a thorough cleaning before used. It seems they got a quick swipe and not a good cleaning. Having video games in almost every room was too much. The fooseball table was fun. The golf video game in the garage was enjoyed. Beach access was close by and we had a lot of fun on the beach. It was handy that Safeway is within walking distance for the items we needed. We enjoyed our family vacation at the beach while staying at Coastcade!

Such a classy home. All the fun and sun I could ever wish for. You gotta stay her if your in Lincoln city...

Great proximity to everything, tons of room, and lots of fun things to do around the house.
