We loved the house- so comfortable and well-equipped. Wouldn't change a thing and could t ask for more.
The layout gave us space for the whole family of 7 adults and 3 kids-- singles, couples and families with small children.
The pool was clean and is the perfect size for a group. It's a short drive to the beautiful beaches.
The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after a morning at the beach.
On-site parking is convenient and plentiful.
Plenty of room to spread out for reading, work and doing art projects. The outdoor spaces are inviting and convenient. The grill is fabulous.
Especially loved that there are plenty of places to stash our stuff. The furniture is cozy and comfy. The neighbors are lovely.
Loved having two refrigerators and we gave the washer and dryer quite a workout. The kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of space to work and store our food.
The host was responsive and helpful.

House was very clean, well furnished and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the supply of pool and beach toys. Spent most days floating around the pool and enjoying the large outdoor area. Highly recommend this house.

Prior to our stay, I read all the reviews and was hopeful to love the property just as much as everyone else...I was not disappointed. The layout is great - so much room for our party of 6 and all our things. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms had their own television - very nice touch. The sparkling water in the pool was welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great as it was close to everything! A short drive to the beach and stores. Family was able to enjoy the pool and the amenities of the home. The listing showed a futon in the cottage but it was not there and replaced with a couch. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, plates pots and pans! The family agrees we would definitely would rent again!

My wife and I plus our daughter and her family and my son and his family have been doing this for several years. My daughter is an hour and half from us and my son is two and a half hours away. This provided a great opportunity for brothers, sisters, cousins, son, and daughter to spend some time together. The property has plenty of space inside and out for talk and play. The pool is nice for interaction. Every year, I ask if we want to do this next year. The answer is always, YES. The property is clean and well maintained with annual improvements occurring.

This was our groups 3rd year staying here. We love this property. We have to skip next year but will probably be back for year 4 the following year.

Our vacation was wonderful for our family of 11. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the swimming pool. We also had a few evenings that we used the fire pit. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked our vacation for next summer already! Wonderful host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

This place was even better than anticipated! We were a group of 8. We all had our own space and we were all comfortable. The pool and the yard were a wonderful addition to where we have stayed in the past. The house is in a nice residential area but is still very close to everything that you want to do. We all highly recommend this house to other groups.

This home was very clean and organized. Close to shops and beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. 12 family members in one home and we never felt crowded. Enough room to spread out. After a day of golfing or beach, it was nice to come home and hang out in the pool. Washer and dryer was a bonus, as well as having 2 food stores within a mile! Ann was very responsive when we had a question. Looking forward to our trip back to Ann's next year...!

This property is Amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless. More than enough room for a family of 11. The kids had a great time in the pool. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Varied ages
The property really is exceptional. It’s very spacious and accommodating for a large group. We have several seniors that had no trouble accessing the outdoor areas. The property was CLEAN, we vacation every year and this has been the cleanest place we’ve stayed. There are also beach chairs, floaties, beach umbrella and four bikes for you use. We loved being here and wish we didn’t have to leave. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is as described with lots of room for spreading out in the house. It was an easy drive to the beach in Rehoboth and the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park. The pool is clean and inviting. Pool floats, etc. are in the shed next to the pool. Good stay!

The home was clean and neat when we arrived. Plenty of room for 8 of us, plus some. I think the rental is more then the pictures show. Easy to get to, and far enough off the main street to not feel you are in a busy area. Couple things we really like was a nice detailed folder on table for the home and surrounding area. The 2nd refrigerator was great for extra having a large group. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can rent again next year.

The owner was very good communicating with before and during our stay, location was 5 mins from all your household needs and restaurants, the beach was 10 mins that’s all.Would definitely stay there again .. We had a wonderful time. The pool was awesome!! Everything was very clean and there was tons of space. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the house and yard were. The house and back yard had tons of supplies including pool stuff and bikes to use. We had fun relaxing in the pool and exploring the area. The owners were very accommodating and answered questions quickly. We highly recommend this property
