The breakfast was lovely, the location fantastic. The bathtub was gorgeous with beautiful products to use. The room has lovely high ceilings and is very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and professional.

The only drawback to the room is that the toilet/bathroom is not private. When you are using the toilet you are visible to your partner as the room is open plan without a door separating the living space from the bathroom. There is a folding screen to act as a bit of privacy but it is see through and doesn't account for smell and sound! This is rather confronting/uncomfortable for both parties. The shower and bath tub are also open but not so much of an issue.

The toilet was not isolated in the room much too open plan no privacy for toileting. Could be embarrassing and challenging for people.

We got the bridal suite ! Modern and stylish rooms, with a lot of space and small terrace. The location in town and walking to beach, etc was great.

Bar/breakfast area lacked daylight and was very noisy from loud fridges of bar.

I liked the whole experience, I would say the toilet in the room was a surprise… and not for everyone.

Decor and cleanliness

Beautiful building, tastefully modernized. The room was outstanding and the staff super friendly and professional. Was, without doubt, the nicest place we stayed in during our trip. Lots of thoughtful touches and quality, beautifully fragranced products in the bathroom. The meals and breakfast were also fantastic. Would highly recommend this place. Plus it's owned and run by local people which we loved.

Bathroom could offer more privacy

We stayed in the Lulubelle suite. It was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The hotel is ambient, and breakfast was included.

That the toilet was part of the large open suite. Carrying heavy cases up the stairs.

Ein sehr komfortables und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in der Ortsmitte — dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Betten bequem und die Handtücher neu und flauschig — beim Zimmer mit Badewanne stehen tolle Produkte wie beim Spa bereit — unvergesslich auch der Bademantel. In diesem kl Ort nicht mit dem hohen Qualitätsstandard gerechnet — unbedingt hier Frühstück und Abendessen zu sich nehmen, frisch zubereitet!

Great location in centre of Port Fairy. Beautifully renovated old building. Big room ( Beau suite) with big open plan bathroom with luxurious finishes throughout. Very friendly staff. Had dinner and breakfast on site in restaurant which were both excellent. Very friendly staff.

Toilet not screened off in open plan bathroom - bizarre design choice !!

Staff were all amazing and super accommodating as we had a young baby and they went above and beyond to make our short stay one of the best experiences we have both had to date which is huge as we have travelled quite extensively both internationally and domestically. From upgraded rooms to bringing our meal to our room everything was amazing.

Couldn't fault anything about our stay. Only I wished we were there longer.
