Cette maison de vacances au charme incontestable à Dallas est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Quartier commerçant Knox-Henderson est à 11 min de marche et Cedar Springs - Oak Lawn Shopping, à 12 min, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking couvert dont dispose l'hébergement.
Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, une bouilloire électrique et un distributeur de glaçons. This property is every bit as nice as the pictures. Plenty of space (3 BR each with bath, 4th Loft BR, patio, LR, DR, Kitchen) all beautifully appointed and maintained. The host was easy to communicate with as all messages were answered within minutes.
We were there for a baseball weekend in Dallas therefore did not use the kitchen and other facilities that extensively but when we did it was fine. Neighborhood was great. Quiet residential, short walk to various stores (grocery, etc.), restaurants (great Mexican place) and a coffee shop. Quick Uber to almost anywhere else.
About the only negative was that the fees and taxes were equal to 50% of the base cost. Some of this may have been due to our short stay but please be aware of the total cost before confirming (we were aware and while painful it was not a surprise)

We stayed with our adult children and spouses. The house worked very well for us. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Owner responded quickly to questions we had.

Great property & great location. Super smooth check-in. Condo was well-appointed and clean. Space is very welcoming with a lot of space & seating for families. Bedding was super comfortable in all 4 bedrooms. Bobak was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this VRBO! It had everything we needed to have a low key bachelorette weekend. The location was perfect for our itinerary (20min drive max to Bishop Arts District). The only down side that I missed was the fact that there are lots of stairs. Not a huge deal but it was difficult for some of the girls with heavy luggage. Other than that the living/kitchen space was perfect, patio was great to relax on and the garage was nice to park in for the girls that drove in. I would definitely book this Vrbo again!

We were three couples in Dallas for my daughters wedding. This townhome was a perfect spot for us to come home to and get ready for all of the events . Great location, clean and spacious . We felt completely at home in this lovely space.

We traveled to Dallas for a couples getaway for a 30th birthday. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house was clean, fun and so cute. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

Beautiful home and perfect location for our weekend. The beds are super comfortable, spaces are big, house was clean, well appointed and air conditioning was great. Convenient to restaurants, shops and enjoyed walking the Katy Trail. Host was really responsive and nice to work with. We would stay here again!

The home is perfect for a group of 7 girls in town for a birthday celebration. The common area is ideal with open space and lots of seating. The beds were especially comfortable. Most importantly, the location was outstanding with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within walking distance.

This is a stylish and clean property. Having the garage was very nice. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. So close to Knox District and SMU which was where all our events were!!

This house was wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen and living room, with plenty of space. We really liked how open the living room/kitchen was for spending time together with a large group. Each bedroom was very nice and the fact that there were 3 on-suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bath on the first floor made traveling with a large group much more efficient. The master bathroom is HUGE and luxurious. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The house is located an easy uber away from most of Dallas's happening neighborhoods, so A+ on location. I highly recommend this spot!

The house is wonderful. The location is great. The only complaint I’d have is that you are directly underneath the jets landing at Dallas love. It comes with the territory with the uptown location and not anything the owners can do- but was disruptive to our experience. Just be aware of the noise if you stay here. Otherwise the place is great.

We were in town for a wedding in Dallas and had my parents and sister stay here with my family. The house was well stocked to cook, the living room and bedrooms are very big. Also the host answered every question within minutes. Thanks for the great stay!

Great House for Weekend
This was a wonderful house for adults to have a weekend or stay for a week. All amenities included, with full kitchen and great space to relax. Terrific location and walkable to many restaurants and shopping and walking Katy trail. Would love to stay again in near future.
