We like to be near the beach and we want a clean room.We want à pool too.

The bathing room is small for 3 persons.

The rooms were extremely outdated. It was raining during our stay and the window in the bathroom leaked badly. The beds were very hard and worn out. It could've been worse, but for the amount of money we paid, I was extremely disappointed.

It was close to the beach.

It was outdated, no vent in the bathroom, fan and ac was loud.

The proximity to the beach was great with access from the parking lot. Bed was very comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean. Shower pressure was strong. Front office gentleman was extremely helpful as we couldn't find where the office was.

An ice bucket would have been nice. There should be a curtain on the window above the kitchenette as people from the neighboring building can see into the room if they are on the walkway. Parking is tricky with not much room to turn around. Guests should be informed that you have to check in at Waves when booking one of their multiple properties. We were not the only guests searching for the office to check in.

It was a decent price and so close to the center, The pier and beach. Also even though the appearance of the room was unpleasant it did seem to be clean.

This was my first time staying there. A weekend we really needed and looking forward to. Room was not what I expected/hoped. The photos when looking online were not anything like the room I stayed in. When calling to find out information about my room as I was not clear (even though it was on my email receipt) I didn't see it. And when I called the attendant said she couldn't change it, but then upon check in the attendant checking me in was very friendly and kind but the other attendant (who I believe I spoke with on phone) I had mentioned my hopes for a different room and the other attendant instantly jumped into the conversation saying that she had already changed a few rooms and couldn't do it. I understand that it was booked, but maybe other people would have fit better in the room I had which was ugly and looked like furniture had been picked from trash to put in the room. A room made for just sleep. I was so excited for my stay there for a few reasons 1.Ocean view. 2.Relaxation maybe even romance. NOT JUST SLEEP and once I found out which room I was in not ocean view I was bummed, but still open minded. BUT Once I entered the actual room everything I had been looking forward to turned into instant disappointment. I did not enjoy the weekend the way I had originally intended to. That is the best way to sum it up! Big Disappointment!

Close to the beach. The pool & hot tub was amazing.

Like everything but we felt the bathroom needed to be upgraded.

The location was perfect and the rooms were very well set up.

Granted it is a beach, but it was not the cleanest facility. Not terrible though

I liked that security guards patrolled the streets.

No handicapped parking. I parked in the small parking lot at the motel. The shrubs obscured the view of pedestrians and oncoming traffic when trying to get out. Not really oceanfront. The room faces the road and there is another building to pass on the way to the beach.

The location is perfect. Back and forth from room to beach is a breeze.

We have never been disappointed with our stay here.

The location was excellent. It was a little from the pier so it was quiet like we like it but close to everything.

There was nothingi didn't like. I would definitely stay again when traveling that way.

Great little uh I mean big hotel and motel. Loved the kitchenette, the big TV, the comfortable bed and the location on a wonderful part of the beach. We’ll be back.

Location of our room was perfect. We could easily walk to area attractions and the beach. We booked last minute and had a fabulous time.

Great location steps from the beach never have to move your car once you're there

Due to covid they don't clean rooms or come by on a regular basis, you need to ask for towels etc

It’s clean, it’s right on the beach, the pools are great and they have grills next to them for people and families to cook there.

The couch had seen better days, generally a very 70s motel vibe lots of shades of brown.
