I truly liked everything about SpringHill Suites! The kindness and helpfulness staff made the experience. The location, the gorgeous design of the premises, the super breakfast were plusses. The most important strength of the Suites is the staff hospitality. We can not thank the staff enough for their warmth and professionalism.

pool cold and small. stayed there 7 nights and they only cleaned room once. had to keep asking for clean towels. need to be cleaning more often.

They were rude. The room wasn't clean. We didn't have enough towels. They kicked us out of the lobby for talking. The bartender and front desk person were rude and didn't seem to want to work. Many items of the breakfast weren't available. The items available were low quality and not enough to feed half of us. We had bugs in our room. The staff are liars.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Weekend breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. Our family had 4 kings size suites booked and we were all on the first floor very close to each other. The trundle bed under the sofa sleeper came in very handy. The bathroom was amazing!! The lobby was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. Kids enjoyed the playing cards and using the pool.

The pool is a little small and the water was a little chilly, but the grandkids enjoyed it!!

The hotel was clean, room was clean. The employees were very nice.

it was next door to a fun zone of some type. you could hear the races called out on the loud speaker inside your room. ridiculous.

We loved everything about the hotel! We had previously stayed in a Springhill Suites Hotel in a different state on another trip and liked our experience that we now look for Springhill Suites whenever we travel. It's fresh and new! The room size is large. At this location we had a walk-in closet which was wonderful. The bathroom was large enough for more than one of us to be in there at the same time. The lighting was terrific which is always a PLUS for my daughters and me when it comes to fixing hair and applying make-up. Great shower with terrific water pressure!!! Beds super comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast foods in the morning. Great space in the lobby for playing games. Other families were down there doing the same as us. While we didn't use the pool or work out room, both were very clean and inviting. The pool had several guests truly enjoying themselves.

I do feel the hotel was just perfect for our needs. If I could change/add anything, I would like to see a fireplace in the lobby area in the evening with just a little bit more lighting. It would definitely make the area a bit more cozy.
