The house is very nice however not worth it due to the management.

DO NOT BOOK, the agents are extremely rude and the bond is $1000. After being there 1 night I received a nasty voice mail and message stating the below. These were not our cars and there certainly was not an event at the property (we had spent majority of our time in town) There was 9 adults staying at the house and no noise at all. (House suggests 11ppl) When we responded there was no communication back at all or an apology. To loose the bond just by assuming we were in the wrong is terrible. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend away this is not the place we were shaken and scared to move or go in the pool incase the neighbours called and security came out costing us our bond. Hello We have had a report of multiple cars blocking Neighbouring driveways, and an event occuring at the property. Please be conscious that any calls outs by Coastcom security will forfeit your pre-auth bond, and may incur additional charges. Any further complaints from Neighbours may also risk request to vacate the property all together. The location of this property is brilliant. Set back from the road so it is very quiet and a nice walk to Sorrento main street. Well sized to host a large family with a fantastic outdoor area overlooking the pool - definitely the highlight.

We felt this property was not value for money when looking at comparable homes. There were quite a number of things that needed attention, including the air-conditioning, which did not work for the duration of our stay. That, coupled with an average level of cleanliness, was very disappointing, especially as we were asked to pay a $1000 security bond on top of the total fee.
