Everything we needed was there and both beds very comfortable.
On a main road with very little sound proofing and the look of the sofa really let's property down, if could cover with a throw or something would really help.

That is was close to the area we was visiting for the weekend and was suitable for 5 people
Sofa bed was very pungent and was in fact covered in cats urine. 2 adults slept on the floor due to not being able to stay on the sofa bed. We could not stay the extra night and left after only 24 hours. Informed the owners of the smell when we left as it was 11pm at night. I understand these issues happen but it is about how you deal with the problems. They wanted us to have a sofa bed swapped the following day but by this point was too late. Surely the property should of been checked before our arrival. Poor customer service from the renters
No offer of refund. Basically told we should have contacted and got another sofa bed they had in storage.

Very clean, very well equipped.
Windows not double glazed? Very noisy front bedroom - I actually thought the windows were open, I could hear that much road noise and conversation as people passed.

Location was excellent, great little functional house to use as base to see the area, beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed and really well equipped, the house was spotlessly clean and well looked after, it was a nice touch to have clean fluffy towels and toiletries, nice private garden area, good parking.
The main road outside is really busy and probably not great for light sleepers staying in the main bedroom especially if its a warm evening and you need the window open. The seating arrangement isn't great, there was 3 of us, we all had a time limit on the 2 seater sofa as there is only so long you can sit on a wooden dining chair, unsure how 5 would get on, and if you fancy a night chilling in front of the TV its not the comfiest of living rooms, modern and minimalistic.

The location worked for us, as we needed to be at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
Kitchen was equipped with everything needed.
Beds were comfy and linen clean.

The keys were in a key safe which was easy to access as code was given. We also arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in straight away which was perfect after travelling 225 miles. We were all very great full. The house was a lovely size and was a lovely quiet area. It felt very safe are. Fresh clean and plenty of towels.
The tvs in the bedrooms didn’t hold signal so you were unable to watch tv up there that was the only little grumble

This house had everything we needed. It was spotless, a perfect home away from home.
Self check-in was simple.
The house is on a busy road, which is noisy at night.
It’s not a deal breaker, a mirror in the main bedroom would be good.

The cleanliness, rhe fact that there was soap and shower gel in the bathroom (though we had taken our own) and the facilities in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, location good for us. Not disturbed by traffic noise overnight even though on a main road. Liked the outdoor seating too.
Not enough comfortable seating in the living room,just 1 x 2 seater sofa and the dining set. Sofa bed not comfortable for sleeping on though ok as a sofa. Smart TV sets didn't work and had bad signal for standard channels.

Lovely owners. Went out of their way to help. Perfect location and house had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Supermarkets, Fish & Chips, petrol station all in close proximity.

Comfy bed, good shower and heating, very clean, Netflix in rooms, owners very helpful, easy check-in, has its own parking space, would definitely stay again

accommodation was basically as advertised and what was expected, house was very warm and quite considering it was a terrace house. Property came with everything we needed, and Anna and James were always approachable when needed. We would be more then happy to stay here again and would recommend to all our friends and family.
unfortunately the sofa bed in the living room that makes the property up to 5 guests was unusable meaning myself and my wife where left to sleep on the floor. This was not a problem for us however if not looked into may course issues in the future for other guests less understanding and adaptable.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for what we needed although I would advise anyone who needs to order taxis to ring rather than use the local apps 🙂
Our stay was perfect. There was a small bit of confusion regarding the location of the lock box but a quick call to the hosts resolved the issue 😀

Place was well kitted out, plenty of appliances etc. and cutlery , crockery etc.
Poor beds , especially sofa bed, only place to sit , should have seating for 5 adults if thats how it is advertised, not having to sit on hard table chairs if you are there for any length of time , would be okay for 3 people.

Communication with owners very prompt and professional, TV's all had Netflix logged in which the kids loved, WiFi easy to access, back gate had a lock at top. Really powerful shower, plenty of towels, bedding (pillows, duvet, sheets) great quality and clean. Smelt nice throughout. Location (area) perfect for our needs but road noisy.
Lounge seating only enough for 2 people on sofa other seating was only dining chairs, kitchenware had to cleaned before we used mugs all had rings inside. Situated on side of main road that was noisy pretty much constant even throughout the night, generally only cleaned to a low standard (floors had been swept but no attention had been paid to behind doors or edges of rooms, we as a family take shoes off as a habit as son as getting through the door and it very soon became apparent about the floors as our feet/socks where quickly dirty)
