Bathrooms/shower could have been more up to date. Guests reserved sunbeds even though it was not allowed before 10:00. Could have more control of this. Pool showers not working and nobody was showering before entering the pool.

I liked the very good location, the food was good, the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is well suited to families with children. During the day it is quite noisy. Not suitable for those who want a long peaceful rest in a room during the day.

We had an incredible experience at the Atlantica Caldera Bay! We were on our honeymoon and the sweet members of the staff surprised us with a honeymoon decorated suite! The resort is truly beautiful, the room was very nice and cozy, the staff was very friendly, the food was amazing and the town was very entertaining! When we come back to Crete this is definitely where we’re staying!

my only small opinion was than the pools closing at 18:00 was a little bit early and could maybe be made later, everything was truly amazing though, would totally recommend it!!

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day - which you can also opt out of. There’s two different pools on each side of the complex. Plenty of sun beds. Little shop on site. My girlfriend had a cake delivered to our room on her birthday which made her day (thank you)! It was just what we needed!

There needs to be instructions for the A/C as it kept turning off. One night we didn’t have aircon but the next night we had the night staff come up like 3 times. He was incredible each time, although he didn’t know how to use it either. Tip - it doesn’t work if there’s any windows or doors open (I come from a country without A/C lol). There’s also a sign saying people aren’t allowed to reserve sun beds with their towels (hooray) however I don’t feel like this was very well enforced.

Balcony with amazing view to pool and sea. Private beach. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, though fairly basic.

Sofa beds were VERY soft, our boys practically drowned in them! Bathroom had bad sewage smell every time the bathroom fan switched on. No hotel parking. 25 minutes drive to old city.
